Grand Luxury Condo by NDK and National Stadium with Free Security Parking

Pros: We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay!

Pros: Amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and located in the perfect center of Sofia - just a short walk to NDK, the National Stadium, and Borisova Garden. Free parking was a huge plus and made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

Pros: An ideal place to stay in the heart of Sofia! The apartment was immaculately clean, stylish, and tastefully furnished with a modern vibe. Everything inside felt brand new and was clearly kept in excellent condition. It had all the amenities needed for a super comfortable stay. A huge plus: free parking right in the city center! The two bathrooms were a real convenience, and the location couldn't be better — central yet peaceful at night. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Pros: Много добра локация, ново обзавеждане с големи и удобни легла. Има паркомясто в частен охраняем паркинг, въпреки че той се намира на 400 м /5 мин./ пеша.

Cons: Разположението на помещенията в апартамента е доста странно. Стаите са големи и високи, а отоплителните уреди не са достатъчно през зимния период. Голяма част от приборите и чиниите бяха прибрани в шкафа мръсни /имаше засъхнала храна/.

Best location in the city, great hosts, comfortable renovated apartment.

Pros: Comfortable and well-supplied apartment in an unbeatable location in the center. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. It’s fairly large and had one full bathroom and one half bath (a toilet and a sink), making it very comfortable for a family of 4. The hosts had provided all the basic supplies for the kitchen and bathroom (I.e. soap, shampoo, spices, oil etc).

Cons: The shower in the main bathroom doesn’t have a shower glass or any separation from the rest making the rest of the bathroom hard to use for a couple if hours after a shower - but not a big deal given the extra toilet available.

Pros: Расположение отличное. Рядом две станции метро, рестораны, кафе и магазины. В стоимость входит парковочное место. Апартамент очень чистый. Мебель и сантехника достойного качества. Есть бесплатный чай и кофе. Несмотря на то, что апартамент расположен в оживлённом месте, внутри тихо.

Cons: Парковочное место находится примерно в 7-10 минутах ходьбы. Имейте в виду, если у вас много багажа. Планировка апартамента странная и нелогичная. Так, например, одна из спален объединена с гостинной, что очень неудобно. А вот кухня, наоборот, находится отдельно и рядом с другой спальней. Не разобрались, как работает отопление. Правда, несмотря на холодную ночь, внутри было достаточно комфортно.

Pros: Všetko bolo super, ubytovanie bolo pekné nové a voňavé. Parkovanie na súkromnom parkovisku trochu ďalej ale batožina sa dala vyložiť na mieste. Lokalita bola super. Postele boli veľké a pohodlné.

Удобно, чисто, ново и комуникативно!

Pros: Апартаментът е на невероятно комуникативно място. За всичко е помислено и е изключително удобен. Има 2 тоалета, което дори и при двама души е от съществено значение.
