Pros: Perfect design of the future, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and wonderful hosts. Cannot wait to go back. The hospitality of the family and the atmosphere of the place is unique.

Unforgettable stay

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home. The accommodation was absolutely stunning—spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a beautiful view. But what made our stay unforgettable were the incredible hosts, two of the kindest and most generous people we have ever met. They made sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond to help us with a small issue with our car. What touched me the most was the surprise they prepared for my birthday, a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot for me. Leaving was bittersweet, as it felt like saying goodbye to family. We will cherish these memories forever and can’t wait to return. For me, it was the best accommodation I’ve ever had and i really don't have enough words to describe this amazing experience. I highly recommended!

Very nice and comfort apartment

Pros: Design, decoration and cleanliness. The hosts were very nice and kind.

Cons: 1. Since we didn't come for ski, the apartment location was not ideal for summer hiking in the Rhodope Mountains. 2. The apartment didn't include dishwasher and washing machine. eventually we figured out that the washing machine was located in a different floor (hosts floor).

Pros: We liked absolutely everything - from the generosity of the hosts, facilities, cleanliness to the decoration and the little details. We would recommend this place to everyone - there was no week spot. Simply spectacular. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Your Cozy Getaway in Stoykite

Pros: A Hidden Gem. I've got to share our amazing stay at House Proctor in Stoykite during our family ski break. The place has really cool, homey vibe and finished and very high standard. The apartment was super comfy, with all the essentials you may need. But what really made my stay special was the owners. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. So, if you're looking for a chill spot to crash in Stoykite, don't hesitate and check out House Proctor.

Great fun, great host

Pros: Excellent view. Amazing furniture and amenities. Great host. Very close to the ski lift Stoykite.

Cons: We got a bit confused that it it a whole house and thought the main pictures were the place where we were going at. Pay attention that it is two separate apartments - the luxury option has the views. The other apartment is amazing too just lacking the big table.

Grat house with unique character.

Pros: House Proctor is an exceptional place. It is in a beautiful location, with a great view over the mountain hills. The apartment we stayed in had a lot of character. All amenities are provided, you will not lack anything. The complementary fruit, wine, and snacks on arrival were a nice touch. Last but not least, Vanya is a great host - very friendly and warm, always ready to accommodate. If we go back to the Rodopi, we will definitely book their place again.
