Pros: Very clean and quiet, good food and pleasant pool-garden area, great for families with children, also for special occasions or private events.

Cons: Limited parking spaces, would suggest to have more staff available on weekends.

Pros: This is rare to meet a hotel of such a good quality. Yes, it is not a boutique hotel but I keep being envy! Where did you took those people who made your hotel? Let me hire them 😍 Rooms, bathroom, the pool, restaurant, aroundings, many small details. All are made on a hight professional level. One thing, so. Boiled eggs must be served warm but not icy cold :) Thank you. My visit was an unexpectedly good experience.

Amazing stay, would definitely come again

Pros: The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The facilities are great, the thermal pool was amazing after days on the slopes. The restaurant food was tasty too with decent prices. Great location just 10 mins from Bansko resort
