Pros: Amazing little place. There was parking, the room was warm, the beds were comfortable, the staff were nice, everything was clean. They put on the spa specifically for me. All around great. The breakfast was also good!

A luxurious and friendly place to stay in Samokov

Pros: Gorgeous, historic hotel with a lovely garden and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant and the big breakfasts were exceptional

Cons: The room was a little dark

Pros: Simple offering that allows you relax while you are there, good atmosphere, good food, good wine, good beds.

Cons: Bathrooms are a tad small

Perfect for skiing holiday

Pros: Everything was perfect. They offered the breakfast with few option to choose from. Also we tried the restaurant: interesting mix of cuisines of Europe and Balkans. I only haven't tried the desserts but they looked promising. Spa was nice and totally empty so you could enjoy the total privacy. This is a small boutique hotel and everything in the spa looked brand new. There is parking space too.

Cons: Everything was ok.

Pros: Хотелът е разположен на изключително спокойно място. Персоналът бе изключително любезен. Ресторантът на хотела си заслужава, предлагайки перфектно приготвени ястия и настроение.

Confortevole, con personale a completa disposizione.

Pros: Camere spaziose e pulite, sempre rifornite di bagnoschiuma e asciugamani. Personale molto gentile, che si è speso per venire incontro a richieste particolari nonostante le barriere linguistiche. Ottimo cibo - oltre alla colazione, da provare anche il ristorante, che non ha mai deluso per varietà e qualità. Bellissimo il giardino fuori, nelle belle giornate è un ottimo posto dove consumare i pasti o lavorare all'aperto (c'è wifi dedicato)

Cons: Personale non molto pronto con l'uso dell'inglese, ma è come voler trovare il pelo nell'uovo. La città non offre niente di particolare.

Pros: Il cibo è super, lo staff cerca in tutti i modi di venire incontro alle tue necessità (era un viaggio di lavoro, rientravo tardi la sera in camera, su richiesta tenevano aperto il ristorante finché non tornavo così da non rimanere senza cena)

Cons: Non troppa conoscenza dell’inglese, ma con il traduttore ci si aggiusta!

Pros: The staff was exceptional; polite and meeting every needs—-arranged for departure taxi to Sofia when I had none—-Food was super, both variety and preparation——facility was very clean

Cons: Bathroom in my room very small

Pros: Всичко бе на ниво. Бутиково обзаведени стаи с много вкус и изпипване на детайлите. Чистота, спокойствие, уют. Превъзходна кухня.

Cons: Осветлението в стаите, приглушената светлина.
