Guesthouse The Rock

Pros: Check-in was easy. They sent me a message ahead on booking and asked for arrival time. They said they can keep someone from the staff for me to Check-in if needed. But they also able to leave you the keys somewhere for self Check-in if needed. You will have a shared kitchen if you feel like cooking, a spa tube all year around and a swimming pool only in the summer time. Keep in mind not all the staff are English speakers but you can always use google translate for this matter. The area was quite at night so you will have no problem to sleep well at night. The bed can be splitted into 2 bed if needed which is awesome if you're staying with a friend and not your partner. Plenty off parking is available in the street for free. The TV was smartTV for those who want to stream their own TV Shows from Netflix or else.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly check in staff for 24 hour check in. Well equipped shared kitchen with good ambience. Clean rooms, comfy beds, hot showers. Plenty of towels. Easy parking. Lovely sauna.

Cons: Too hot in shared kitchen. Heat could definitely be turned down - guests comfort, heating bills and save the planet!!

Pros: The staff is amazing, the place is exceptionally clean an well kept! There are a lot of restaraunts nearby,as well as a supermarket,a park,and a pharmacy. The view from the whole house is amazing:)

Clean and cosy guest house with mineral spa.

Pros: Nice swimming pool with mineral water, sauna and very clean and comfortable room.

Cons: No appliances for preparing coffee.

Pros: Nice place, small but good pool. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: It was nice to have a rockchair in the room but a table with two chairs would be more usefull. There is place for them.

Pros: Good location in Sapareva Banja, close to the centre but in a quiet part of town. It is clean and the rooms (we had three double rooms) were comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool area. Lots of parking close to the guesthouse. It was good that there was a communal kitchen. Very responsive host (via WhatsApp).

Cons: Lack of shelves and clothing pins. One of the balconies was very narrow, making it difficult to sit comfortably outside (luckily our other rooms had better balconies).

Pros: The apartment was lovely and the pool area great. Everything you need is within walking distance (restaurants, shops, cafés etc.). The stuff is really helpful and super friendly. You can always reach someone via phone in case you need assistance with transportation or anything else. We loved staying here and can highly recommend this guest house.

Pros: The pool was amazing- quit large and the hottub was super hot with mineral water. Rooms were small but comfortable. Each room had their own bathroom which was very comfortable.
