Pros: This accommodation is perfect and value for the money. It was our second time there and definitely we will come back again. It is perfectly clean. You can regulate the heating in the accommodation. There is hot water and perfect pressure to the shower. There are two kind of showers in the bathroom. One for a hand use smaller and the other is bigger - waterfall simulation. Mini kitchen in the studio and biger out side in the yard. The bed was comfortable and there are two types of pillows. There are extra blankets in the locker. Perfect Wi-Fi. We didn't use the TV cos is small and in the dinning area, but we didn't mind. The owner is great!

Lovely surroundings and comfortable, affordable accommodation.

Pros: A good, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. The apartment was neat and clean and provided the basics for what we needed. The communal kitchen has a stove and small oven as well as a kettle. As with a lot of Bulgarian accommodation, the show is open but they do provide a wet broom/squigy that makes drying the floor really easy. The curtains are quite light, but we were able to have a comfortable night's rest. The airconditioning worked well. There are supermarkets and restaurants in walkign distance and you can park on the road outside.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Generally, it was pretty pleasant stay. Clean, warm, cozy. The owners are polite and helpful. On the first day we didn't have hot water (for a couple of hours). The owner fixed the boiler. There isn't a stove/oven, kettle or coffee machine in the studio (please make those changes in the description). Those facilities are out side in the summer kitchen (there is a kitchen in the yard that is used by every gest in the house). Luckily we ware the only one in this period, so the owner let us take the kettle in to the studio. The kettle was not clean (someone was heating something else beside water). The heating is great during the day but around 3am the heating was turned off up till 6am. It was freezing, because the temperature during the nigh was - 3 C. Luckily there ware extra blankets, and the last night we turned on the air conditioner (on heat). Everything else is like in the description.

Cons: Please make changes in the description No stowe/oven in the studio No kettle/coffee machine in the studio (those facilities are in the common kitchen out side) No heating in between 3am and 6am in the studio

It is a value for money place I would recommend

Pros: The location is great, close to the center, but on a quiet street. The host is kind and helpful. The kitchenette and the coffee machine is outside and is a little cold but still not a big issue.

Pros: Very clean, newly equipped and comfortable studio, good location. Easy check-in, friendly and accessible owners. Parking on a quiet street in front of the house. We recommend!

Amazing place in Sapareva Banya

Pros: This is a really nice and spacious property, the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating and everything was spotless and in great condition. There is a kitchenette with plates, bowls, cutlery etc and a full dining table in the property, as well as beds for 4 people. The location is right in the centre of Sapareva Banya on a quiet street. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

It was incredible hospitality, would definitely visit again !

Pros: Landlady and son were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean & facilities were amazing to use! Privacy and great space, would absolutely visit again!

Pros: Easy to find; talkative, positive and responsive hosts; clean and modern rooms with nice facilities; good room for a big group to dine and have fun in an outside shack + BBQ; central location close to stores, bus stops and restaurants; park space in from of the house.

Cons: Nothing stood out in our particular stay.

Pros: Good, safe, quiet location. Great value for money.

Cons: Beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but it is subjective.

Clean and good value!

Pros: Incredibly clean and well-equipped apartment. Friendly host.
