Perfect, comfortable, exceeded expections!

Pros: The guest house was perfect for our group of 12 people. Very comfortable, modern amenities and the host was very welcoming and helpful with all our enquires. Parking spaces were available The location was perfect for the 7 Rila Lakes as well as there was a swimming pool complex nearby (10min walk max) which was an additional bonus!

Cons: Everything was amazing!

Pros: Perfect location and apartment, with a great view of the sunset. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. There is enough space for all four guests. The common terrace is available, but it's not fully equipped (probably due to the beginning of the season). Also, there was an option for BBQ (didn't use it) Nice restaurants within walking distance

Cons: Parking in a pedestrian area, with a very high edge. quite a shabby and shaky bed. On the other side, the windows overlook the car wash, which is quite loud. Luckily, we had an interpreter with us, so communication was smooth.

Great base to explore the region

Pros: Spacious with a nice communal terrace facing the rear of the property. Central but quiet location. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Cons: Ensure that you turn on the main switch for the hot water service. Otherwise, you will have a cold shower (like me the first night).

Pros: This apartment boasts an excellent location and is impeccably clean and perfectly maintained. It offers generous, comfortable living space, complemented by a remarkably well-equipped kitchen, complete with essentials like dishware and even spices.

Cons: Nothing to complain

Comfortable short stay in cosy and spacious apartment.

Pros: We can park our motorcycle in the yard. Small grocerie is 2 minutes walking distance and a few good restaurants is in nearby.

Wonderful place...but loud music at night ... ...

Pros: The apartment is very nicely equipped and you will really get everything thing you need in there

Cons: We Spent the two nights in there and both nights there was loud music from place across the street until 2am..

Pros: Apartment is perfectly clean, equipped with all you need and even more (except for the kettle) with very good stylish renovation. Check-on was quick and easy. We liked it very much.

Cons: I'm not sure it is more about our bad luck ore about the location of the apartment. There is a cafe opposite the house but on the other side of the road and at the day of our stay it was a wedding here. The sound from that cafe was so loud that half of my family couldn't sleep until 3 or 4 am.

A great place to stay

Pros: Great hosts, great place to stay. The house is on a quiet street very close to the center. Everything you need is on a walking distance from the house - restaurants, supermarkets, a butcher’s shop, souvenir shops and all. The apartment was cosy and very well furnished, the patio was also very nice, especially the summer garden with the barbecue and with the rolling wall-windows were great for spending the evenings. Last but not least, the audio system with the USB/iOS cable output was cool to have in the summer garden. Much recommended, we would definitely stay again.

Pros: It was really clean, stylish in a quiet area. It has everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: This property will be perfect if the host installs some thicker curtains or blinds. There were some lights in the yard that stay on the whole night and there was light in the room from them. My husband slept without a problem but I need complete darkness to sleep and I found it a bit too bright inside.

Pros: The property is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is an amazing place to hang out and to watch beautiful sunsets. Good locations with bars and restaurants close by. Easily a driveable distance from Rila 7 lakes and Mount Musala. The host was really nice and responded quickly to any queries.
