Pros: (Visited 14/08/2025 - 17/08/2025) It's really great for its price! Very central location in Sofia, close to the center of Serdica, 5 minutes from the metro station, with many cultural sites and museums to visit nearby, as well as restaurants to eat, so it's very convenient location-wise! It's definitely an old building and it looks like it, but the room we were given was cozy, quiet, comfortable and clean enough. The wi-fi had great signal and the air-condition worked. There was hot water in the shower, too. There's a common room/kitchen that is very convenient for cooking or having your coffee and breakfast. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything we needed! In my opinion, for such a low price, it's a great place to stay in Sofia!

good value stay, nice rooms, rough round the edges

Pros: rooms themselves were very comfortable, great clean bedding, and high ceilings. well furnished and great price. friendly staff. location was fairly central

Cons: parking was a bit inconvenient, building looked rough from the outside, in fact i thought it was abandoned but inside was nice

Pros: I have to say that we got locked out of our room and stack in the hallway of the building at 1am and texted the owner. They replied immediately and got us out. For this I give 9/10 , the other 1/10 I don't give because i didn't get the chance to use anything else apart from the bed and the toilet.

Pros: Good sized room, very clean. Really warm. Beds very comfy. Great coffee shop across the street, close to centre. Hosts very helpful. Allowed us late check-out and for us to leave our luggage.

Cons: From the outside it looks like an abandoned building. Don't let this put you off. Inside was fine.

Pros: De eenpersoons kamer met douche is goed, alles is aanwezig

Cons: Het is een beetje gedateerd, ik had een tv en airco (die aanstond) in de kamer maar geen afstandsbedieningen. De vrouw die incheckt spreekt alleen Bulgaars
