Pros: The location of the property is stunning. The rooms were very well furnished, the bed convenient, you can truly relax there

Cons: We definitely expected more from the food, as it is a 4 star villa. The food was simply not delicious. The menu does not have to be big, but the quality and taste need to be improved.

Pros: Calm & beautiful and relaxing atmosphere! Wonderful terrace and view! The location is very convenient - several eco trials starts in the vicinity of the villa. The town of Teteven is also at 30-40 min walking distance. The rooms are comfy and clean. The interior of the entire villa is beautiful and cosy. Very polite and helpful staff. Thank you so much for contributing to the nice holidays experience in the mountains of Teteven!

Cons: Perhaps the breakfast menu should include some more vegetable & fruits options. Nevertheless we can’t complain at all as the food was delicious and the staff always managed to support our more particular requests in terms of changing components.

Pros: Overall the hotel is good for staying overnight. Great restaurant with delicious food and a beautiful view from the terrace. SPA is included in the price. It's not very big - just a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzzi. But they are brand new and they are enough to recover after a full day of hiking.

Cons: The territory of the hotel, although quite large, is unsettled. A garden with walking paths, benches, and maybe even a place for a bonfire could be laid out around it. But nothing. We could have watched a beautiful night sky full of stars after supper but didn't find a good place to sit. No balconies in the rooms either. There was nowhere to hang towels in the rooms, not speaking of the bathrobes – only one hook, no towel rail. The drinking water is damn expensive - you better bring your own.

Pros: Хареса ни хубавата гледка, чисто, спокойно идеално за релакс. Интериора и дизайна са много стилни. Спа центъра има хубава гледка и е приятно! Особено ми хареса това че в цената влиза храна и напитки и се обслужваш сам без досадното чакане да ти донесат нещо. Асортимента на храна не е голям, но е добре приготвена и вкусна, което ни устройваше. Асортимента от напитки беше достатъчен и качествен! Горещо препоръчвам за едно бягство от града и за пълноценен релакс! Има пътеки за разходки в природата! Благодарим на хотела за жеста за св. Валентин кутия шоколадови бонбони!
