Helpful and friendly host and great location.

Pros: Great accommodation. The host is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is also perfect, near the city center and the train station.

Cons: The only downside for me was that the single bed was a bit uncomfortable and small.

Pros: Very good and polite owners, perfect location and very beautiful rooms !

Would use again.

Pros: There is free coffee at the reception all the time. This is great because it is one less thing to worry about

Cons: There can be a bit of traffic sometimes, but this is silent at night and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept in.

The perfect place for anyone arriving by train

Pros: Clean, comfortable and very convenient - less than 100 yards from the railway station, with supermarket and bistro also nearby

Great apartment, convinient location.

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment located in the city center, right next to the city market. It has a private fenced parking area. Although the kitchen is not very well-equipped, everything is as described. The host is very kind and provided us with excellent recommendations for local pools and restaurants. In the common areas, there is a coffee machine available. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, though we did not need to use it during our stay.

Cons: Being on the main street, there is some noise from traffic, but nothing too disruptive for sleeping. It would be a nice addition to have more hooks installed in the bathroom.

Friendly owner, great little apartment.

Pros: Perfect location, lovely roomy king suite. Very clean and looked new. Private parking ( but we did get the last space)Such a nice friendly owner, allowed us to check out later after our bike ride. Will definitely return.

Cons: There was a kettle but no mugs. Luckily we had taken our own!

Perfect value for your money- recommend It and will return again on my next visit to Velingrad

Pros: A wonderful hotel in which I would repeat with pleasure! Price-quality perfect 👌 there is nothing more to be desired, very helpful, adequate and smiling staff who greet you at the reception, free parking option, good location, incredibly warm and quiet room (a the day was quite cold outside )! Uniquely clean bathroom, toilet and room that can compete with many 4* star hotels !

Great Place to Stay!

Pros: Our Second year staying at this Place, Great location, close to the town centre, but not noisey. Owner is a great Guy! rooms are cleaned regularly and the suit was an excellent size!

Cons: I had no dislikes!

Perfect for the train station

Pros: Perfect location for train station Basic but comfortable apartment Helpful manager Nearby restaurant

Cons: Sited at the junction of a main road meant loud traffic noises and fumes

Exceptional.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment. The hosts were extremely helpful and polite. Everything was more than perfect. Highly recommend.

Cons: No such thing.
