Pros: הבית נמצא ממש על סכר דוספאט. הדירה והמטבח מאובזרים בכל מה שצריך לשהות. דירה מרווחת מאד. המיטות נוחות ונוף מדהים נשקף מהחדרים. בנוסף, הדירה נקיה בצורה יוצאת דופן. המארח אדם אדיב ומסביר פנים. הירידה ברגל לעבר הבית מעט תלולה.
