10/10 in all aspects for us!!! :)

Pros: Impressive attention of the host. Attention to all details like check-in photos and small hints about cafes and shops. The apartment is silent even in the heart of all events. The location is great and the apartment is clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Cons: Sound isolation could be better, particularly in case of noisy neighbours below.

Pros: Местоположението е много удобно, намира се в идеален център и в старата част на гр. София.

Cons: Добре е да се направи ремонт на двора, с хубава градина би било прекрасно. Също така външните врати и прозорци на сградата, както и стълбището е нужно да се обновят.

Sofia. Mittendrin im Stadtzentrum in Altbau-Wohnhaus.

Pros: Es hat alles wie beschrieben funktioniert. Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter schnell reagiert. Wir konnten die Innenstadt von Sofia fussläufig erkunden.

Cons: Abenteuerlicher Weg zum Hinterhaus. Das Treppenhaus benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung. Es ist egal, ob es zur Wohnung dazu gehört. ( sehr schlechtes Aushängeschild) 2 große Smart TV aber ohne Programme.

Pros: - Die Lage, die Wohnung liegt gegen einen ruhigen grünen Innenhof - die Wohnung ist gemütlich

Cons: Die Wohnung richt leider etwas nach altem Rauch. Als Nichtraucher fällt das stark auf.

Pros: Уютная , чистая, квартира , стильный дизайн. Есть вся необходимая техника для комфортного проживания. Две спальни, удобные кровати и матрацы, хорошее постельное белье. Тихо. Удачное расположение, близость ко многим достопримечательностям.
