Pros: 2nd time staying here. Everything was good. Rooms, spa, breakfast, parking, location etc. Especially the guy at the reception was super helpful

Cons: Just a small tip to put water bucket in the sauna. It can be warmer

Pros: Value for money was amazing compared to other hotels in the area - both the reception staff and owners were all very friendly and helpful

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the spa was a great stop to unwind after a busy day.

Cons: No windows to open just a door and the hotel was very warm (for me).

Definitely recommended!

Pros: We were extremely satisfied with our stay and the overall hospitality – everything was truly excellent. Mr. Drago and his colleagues were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Mr. Mikes, the restaurant manager, who was exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable, beautiful, and exactly as described. Everything met – and even exceeded – our expectations. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

The perfect stay!

Pros: Everything. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was cleaned very good every day. The greek waiter made all of our dinners full with laughter (not even to mention the incredibly delicious food). The receptionists were extremely helpful and responsive with everything we needed. At the end of our trip we weren’t able to find a taxi and were about to miss our bus so the driver just drove us down to the bus station with his own car without even asking us for money! All of them made our stay perfect!

Pros: Great stay, the staff were fantastic. Rooms were basic but comfortable and for us the location was perfect. Not too far from the hustle and bustle but far enough to be nice and quiet, especially at night.

Fantastic stay at The Iceburg, mainly down to the excellent team who work there.

Pros: For us it was a great location, near enough to walk to the gondola (shuttle bus available) and into old town. Far enough out of centre to be quiet. The hotel decor is simple but it is excellent value for money and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating.
