Pros: Ski kindergarten was great and our kids enjoyed it. They were able to develop some skills in the Borokids Park which allowed them to go on to private lessons with a really good base. Staff, location, facilities and room were very good.

Cons: On day of checkout it was not permitted to use the swimming pool etc. Dinner buffet was good for kids but nothing special for adults.

Beautiful views

Pros: Loved everything about this property. Cannot say a bad word it was perfect. Rooms modern and spotless, we had slope view room which I would highly recommend. Hairdryer, toiletries, robes with slippers, Mini fridge, kettle with coffee and tea stocked daily. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety to choose from. Pool and sauna were great. Can get drinks round the pool.

Pros: Location was perfect, hotel very modern & clean

Cons: General public use the bar lounge so very difficult to get a seat there after skiing in the day

Pros: The location is perfect - infront of the skislopes; breakfast - most of the time cold, but great variety of meals; room - clean but very small.

Cons: The vegaetables have been chopped maybe the previous day, they haven't been fresh. The bathroom haven't been cleaned dayly.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location!

Pros: Absolutely perfect location, beautiful hotel with ski hire and lift pass collection on site. This was our first ski trip and it was so simple, straight out of the doors and onto the slopes. Would absolutely return and recommend to anybody visiting Borovets!

Winter escape

Pros: This hotel has everything you need for your winter vacation and quality time with your family. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in each situation.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was a bit colder than usual due to some problems with the hotel room windows. There was a wind blowing through the windows and the central heating was not able to make room warm enough. We have been offered additional heating device from the hotel, which was nice, but I’d recommend windows maintenance instead :)

Very good location, decent food, comfortable stay.

Pros: The location is very good, right next to the ski slope, with easy access. Breakfast and dinner are good by Bulgarian standards — not exceptional, but generally sufficient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and can be preferred again.

Cons: The staff could be a bit more polite; this is not only an issue at the hotel but a general problem in the service sector.
