Pros: The place in front of the river was amazing. Very peaceful. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The restaurant was ok with big portions. Everyone was friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was inadequate , no juice (fresh or whatever) no tea, broken cups and no fruits. Poor healthy choices. Also the food in the restaurant had neither healthy choices and just one person who spoke English but not good enough to understand what we wanted to ordered.

You live in a forest and can enjoy the nature
Pros: The hotel is located on a hill next to a forest - in result you get a lot of fresh air and a great contact with the nature. There is planty of hiking tracks with beautiful views of the Kolarovo and the hills. Hotel itself is modern and and convenient and the Hotel staff friendly and helpful. There is great restaurant in the hotel, very good breakfast. Planty of room to park your car.

Pros: This was our second time in this hotel and I would come again. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the shower gel was fragrant and the people were very kind. The restaurant was very good.

Great location for nature lovers, very comfortable stay
Pros: Great location, tucked in a beautiful forest, with Belasitsa national park right at its doorstep. Lovely gardens with a stream running through, a sauna hut and a jacuzzi on the rooftop surrounded by the crowns of the chestnut trees. Spacious and comfortable room, large balcony with a nice view. Welcoming staff. It was very quiet and relaxing during our stay.
Cons: I would strongly recommend the inclusion of a few vegetarian dishes in the menu. During our three days stay our only choice was salad or potatoes. A decent coffee or coffee machine would be nice - there was only Nescafé on offer.

Pros: Location is very nice, friendly staff and proper English speakers - those who need language teachers should go to school 😜. Generous buffet for breakfast, tasty and fresh; we were a group of 8, everybody was happy with their meal. Chargers for EV in the parking lot, you need to cross the bridge over the spring to reach it.
Cons: The last 500 meters off-road to get to the place; the negligence of outside walls & windows cleaning; the unfinished stuff you find almost all around; not so great furniture, but rather comfortable beds; stained sheets & towels, yet quite clean feel... Too bad, you have a GEM there, just needs some extra polishing, in my opinion. The Bulgarian bathroom philosophy, with open shower, so you can wet everything in the bathroom having one... I can't understand it, maybe you'll explain it to me? 🤣

Amazing hotel for the price
Pros: First off I want to say that the food was amazing! For the short period of time while we were there, we tried as much types of food as we could - everything was so delicious. The staff was all so friendly and nice, no issues at all with them. Location is amazing, it is quiet. You are at the bottom of the mountain so it’s fresh air. Rooms are good, we had a balcony which was a big plus.
Cons: They could improve the maintenance of the pool. Our room was not cleaned once throughout our 4 days (3 nights) stay. There were containers for hand soap, shampoo and shower gel but they were all almost empty. We had a hole in our door (you could see it from the inside of the room, looks like someone punched it), maybe they could think of replacing it.

Excellent spot, would go again for a longer stay
Pros: A lovely spot in the woods. Great atmosphere and an even greater view. Staff was lovely, there was plenty of parking space and the breakfast was tasty.

Great place, nice people, delicious dinner, really recommendable!
Pros: The hotel is situated in a very beautiful natural location, with a very nice restaurant with delicious food. There is much space for kids to play and very close by there are beautiful hikes, waterfalls and of course Rupite & Petrich. And the staff is very kind and helpfull. I really recommend this hotel!
Cons: I did not find any negative things
