Pros: Staff were very friendly. The singer at dinner sang well. Spa was very nice and clean. Warm pools were superb. Room was spacious.
Cons: The room didn't have a kettle, so it was difficult to make formula milk for my baby.

Pros: The SPA was big and nice with lots of room choices, some of which quite new. The food was also quite good and restocked on time.
Cons: We didn't have hot water right before dinner at around 18:30, obviously too many people have taken shower before us and the hot water was finished. We didn't have the remote for the TV, it was missing. I have booked a room with 1 big bed, instead the room was with 2 separate beds and we had to go to reception to fix this. Also the dj party in the restaurant was audible until a bit after 12 am which is weird for a SPA hotel that is supposed to be all about relaxation and peace.

Pros: The SPA is really good and has everything necessary - multiple different saunas, pools inside and out, a few jacuzzis, etc.
Cons: Our room could have been cleaned better beforehand - the carpet was slightly dirty and there was dust on some of the surfaces

We can confidently recommend this hotel.
Pros: The spa area at Hotel Kamengrad is excellent, with several saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room. The outdoor pool is filled with warm mineral water and can be enjoyed even on cold days. The surroundings are green and relaxing, and the hotel offers a variety of high-quality facilities. Highly recommended.
Cons: The gym has been fully fixed and everything in the hotel now meets our expectations. I truly enjoy our stay here — the facilities are excellent and the food is very good.

Pros: An amazing good surprise in an old gray town. We have booked a superior room which turned to be in the new part of the hotel . Brand new section, latest design, spotless cleaned , wonderful Spa and indoor as well as outside pools, warm jets pool, good dinner and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly English speaking staff.
Cons: The city..but we only passed by and book the hotel due to our trip route .

Nice hotel. should be better in terms of value for money
Pros: In general, everything in the hotel is OK. Breakfast and dinner were good and tasty, the WIFI was efficiant and the AC too.
Cons: The service is some how slow. It seems the hotel was quiet full but the staff in the dinning room was not enough. The room was not ready in the afternoon of the second day. I had to tell the reception that nobody arranged or clean the room, although the towels were replaced but the bed was not ready, room was not clean and ammenities were not renewd.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations in most areas but fell short in others.
Pros: Overall, the experience was great value for the price we paid, exceeding our expectations by far: our economy studio was modern and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and a balcony; both breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious; the staff was friendly and helpful; and the available facilities were flawless.
Cons: Unfortunately, we had no internet access from our hotel room, in addition to which several of the spa facilities were not operational. Additionally, the large outdoor pool was closed for a photo session without our prior knowledge, meaning we didn't get a chance to use it.

It is a great hotel to stay near places of historical value. the local museum is worth visiting
Pros: the SPA and especially the swimming pool. it is big enough to swim comfortably the food at breakfast and dinner was also excellent
Cons: It was inconvenient that we could not use room charge at the pool and SPA bar

I would come again, but room cleaning must be improved
Pros: The room was nice and spacious, with good sound insulation. Food was adequate for Bulgarian standards ( although sometimes was a bit cold ). The pool was clean.
Cons: The room cleaning was not at a good level - some days they didn't even enter the room. For 6 night stay, they changed the towels only once - and only after another guest made a fuss on checkout. Additionally - they restocked the complimentary drinks based on what we purchased , and not on what should have been provided ( e.g. if they saw we had bought water , they didn't bother with leaving the complimentary water for the mini-bar )
