Pros: Our stay in this hotel was a wonderful experience. Evrything in the hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was a buffet and had a good variety of items. The spa area was wonderful. The service and the people working at the hotel were all super nice and helpful. There is also a bus station right outside the hotel with 3 lines passing through that can take you to the city center in a 15 min bus ride so you don't even need taxis or to rent a car. Special thanks to Plamin for making our anniversary memorable and for his wonderful spirit.

Pros: Rooms very clean and comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately didn't have a chance to try restaurant however menu looks good with large selection of food. Really nice spa area - good value for price. Will definitely book again.

Pros: The hotel has been designed very thoughtfully, with attention paid throughout to disabled people as a separate category of our society. I have great respect for the designers. I also noticed the high-quality renovation and laying of ceramic tiles. It was clearly not done by Turks.

Very best hotel at Plovdiv- an absolutely secret!

Pros: A better hotel you can‘t find at Plovdiv! Very komfortable, absolutely clean, very friendly staff, best kitchen and a wonderful spa. Is like coming home. The QR code system works perfekt and very easy to use!

The spa meda up for a;; those things i did not like.

Pros: The hotel was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, the beds super comfortable. The Spa was exceptional, I strongly suggest that everyone uses it, despite the (small) extra fee. The pool at the spa is heated and there is also a sauna, and ice room and a steam bath room. There are also numerous free parking spaces provided.

Cons: I did not like much that it was far away from everything and you needed the car to go places, there was literally nothing within walking distance. The outdoor swimming pool was dreadful, very dirty. There was a room over the pool (look at the photos) and there were 4-5 bird nests under it with birds flying to an from the bird nests (we know what birds do when they fly)
