Pros: The hotel is in a quiet nationhood. Very nice interior with a lot of facilities. The room was big with very comfortable bed, clean and a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good in a natural lighting room. The cleaning service and the staff were excellent.

Very good hotel and with improvements at food, would be great. Also, parking should be free of charge at hotel premises

Pros: Nice hotel, modern, good facilities, great breakfast!!!

Cons: The food and overall kitchen quality need significant improvement. It is a real shame for such a good hotel to offer such low-quality cuisine. Additionally, it is unacceptable that parking is charged despite being located within the hotel’s own premises. Finally, the staff could be more cheerful and welcoming, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Magic

Pros: Tucked away with a glorious natural light dining room, recently redecorated and a welcoming accommodating staff. The Maison Sofia also has a great spa, pool and gym. Although great for families this precious gem is very special for a couple wishing to remake some magic.

We definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

Pros: We stayed at Maison Sofia in Bulgaria and were really pleased. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service is excellent, and the breakfasts are tasty and hearty without being overly fancy. The room was very clean, and the overall service was top-notch. Also I love small garden, you may walk around. Like a small separate dimension, that gives you peace and quiet somewhere deep inside helps to slowdown. Spa zone is also a big plus.

Pros: Loved this hotel! Staff were attentive, kind, friendly and professional. Good size room, clean and the bed was I extremely comfortable! The food was delicious and the spa was amazing! Sofia is a great city and a trip to the Rila monastery is definitely worthwhile!

Excellent, can't fault the hotel or staff.

Pros: The staff are brilliant. The food for both breakfast and meals in the restaurant are fantastic, although this time (compared to last 2 visits), the pricing was expensive. But Bulgaria in general has gone very expensive this year.

Cons: Pricing locally, very expensive compared to last year.
