Very relaxing.

Pros: The room was spacious. Tha staff was very friendly. The food was good. It was clean. The pool and the spa area were nice. The nature is beautiful. Everything was great, just needs a little bit more to make it absolutely perfect :)

Cons: The toilet was a bit broken. It would have been nice to have a vanity kit or just cotton ear buds in the room after spending some time in the pool. The coffee at breakfast was horrible. It would have been nice if the “bar” near the reception was working, wanted to get coffee and soft drinks - there were no people there most of the time.

Great place and nice food perfect for relaxing with a view.

Pros: Great location, very good food choice and it was very tasty.

Cons: Pillows were all the same size and too squished for me it was uncomfortable but that’s personal taste of course, another thing is drinks at dinner are not included.

Pros: The food and options to eat where great . Also the swimmingpool and sauna, though some bits were or broken or not working.

Cons: Infrared room and a jakuzi were not working. It was not enough place to park the cars

Amazing relaxing stay with my family with great food!

Pros: Amazing food buffet, variety and quality. Location is fantastic too. Villas are comfortable but with no air con was a bit stuffy. But overall, great stay! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Pools were amazing with one hot and two medium temperature.

Cons: Slight smell of sewage in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view, great staff and delicious food.

Pros: It is very clean and quite place, perfect family breks. The stuff is so friendly, helpful and make you feel like you are at home. I can't describe how delicious is the food with such a big choice. I really recommend this lovely place and definitely will come back again.

Pleasant stay with lake view

Pros: The view to the lake. View from the bedroom Beds were confortable enough. Mekitsi (among other things) for breakfast. The outdoor playground.

Cons: Fitness room advertised, but alas closed for renovations. My husband was quite disappointed specially because he had asked me if there was a fitness and I said there was. The small non-smoking dining room. The first night we had to have dinner in the smoking area that is larger than the non-smoking one, with children. Really very unpleasant. The all hotel and style (including the preference to cater more for smokers) feels like at least 1 decade old if not 2 decades. The indoor pool water was very cold. And being very dark was even less appealing to enter. Loud music until late at night. Don't know if from the hotel or from neighbouring properties. Although I managed to sleep but not everyone in our party managed.

Pros: Amazing hotel! Great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. The view was very beautiful, looking at the Batak lake. Delicious and high quality breakfast and dinner. All facilities were very well kept - the restaurant, the spa, the warm indoor pool! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is 10 times better than all overpriced hotels in the near town of Velingrad! Definitely coming back soon!
