Good spa and food

Pros: Staff were polite and helpful. Food was good and there was always a variety of fresh vegetable salads. The wellness centre provided the main spa features and a few pools. The mineral water was fantastic and we could feel its effect almost immediately. There was a fish spa for only 10lv. The prices of the massages seemed reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel is only a short walk from the city center in a quiet street.

Cons: The facilities need renovation. There were torn wallpaper, missing light bulbs and cables sticking out in places. There wasn't free access to water at dinner and lunchtime and we had to buy it. There should be a timer in the steam bath just like in the other spa rooms. Children should not be allowed in the sauna and steam bath zone at all because they keep naking noise and opening the doors looking for their parents and ruin the experience

Cons: Според нас липсва само релакс зона, където да си полегнеш след басейн

Pros: Много добро съотношение ,цена качество,вкусна храна , добро спа и не на последно място ми беше предоставен апартамент вместо двойна стая като комплимент от хотела

Cons: Има някои дребни детайли ,които дразнят ,но си прекарахме много добре и не ми се споменават

Pros: Не е първото ми посещение в хотела, ходя от 10 години. Познавам го, удобно местоположение, не е голям, има удобен за плуване басейн.

Cons: Буше много горещо в спалнята, дадоха ни като комплимент апартамент вм. стая, не можеше да се регулира парното, прозорецът не се отваряше и бяхме принудени да държим отворена вратата на другото помещение.
