Villa Art offers a beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable place to stay with spectacular views

Pros: We had a great stay at Villa Art in Dospat and would gladly recommend it. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Dospat Dam, easy parking, and very clean, well-equipped rooms. We especially enjoyed the front yard with hammocks and seating – perfect for relaxing with a coffee. The outdoor barbecue setups with multiple options available came in handy during the spring’s unpredictable weather. Host was very friendly and responsive, assisting us in need.

Cons: There’s a bit of room for improvement in the master suite. The bathroom is quite small, which was a bit of a challenge since the room is intended for a family of four. The bathtub in the bedroom might appeal to some, but for us, it felt a bit impractical given the actual bathroom's limited space. We ended up using the bathrooms in the other rooms for showers.

Pros: The place is magical and the host is very welcoming and understanding. We had a great time.

Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable so keep that in mind. Mattresses will fix this issue.

Pros: Lake Dospat was a pleasant discovery for us, as were the nearby Rhodope mountains. This is a magical place that we recommend to everyone. And from this location there is a wonderful view of the lake. You can walk to the lake, it is literally 100 m down.

Cons: The house is probably more designed for companies that came to rest for the weekend, and not for a long stay. All rooms have a separate entrance from the street and are not connected to each other. Since we were with children, it was not convenient for us. Also, there were wonderful deckchairs near the house, but none of us could use them - they were so uncomfortable that it was impossible to sit or lie down on them. We wanted to spend more time outside than in the house, but there was no comfortable outdoor furniture.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was very well equiped, everything you need is provided. Really friendly host as well. Would highly reccommend this lovely villa.

Прекрасно прекарване

Pros: Самата вила е страхотна както на визия, така и по комфорт. Има си абсолютно всичко и нищо нямаше, което да не работи. Локацията е уникална, точно на брега на най-красивия язовир в България и на няколко минути от самия град. Собственикът и персоналът бяха изключително любезни и се съобразиха с нас, когато попитахме дали може по-рано да се настаним.

Cons: Хладилникът нямаше камера.

Родопи е магия!

Pros: Изключително красива,чиста,подредена и практична къща! Стаята на втория етаж е много удобна за семейство с бебе. Гледката спира дъха и знаеш че пак ще се върнеш ! Тихо и спокойно място! Наблизо има и атракциони като разходка с лодка,АВТ и т.н. Благодарим за гостоприемството! Пак ще дойдем 😉

Cons: За съжаление няма добри заведения за хранене, а до Девин пътя е много за да го изминем за едно хранене. Ако някой направи хубаво заведение с ястия типични за този край ще спечели много! От препоръчаните две заведения останхме супер разочаровани.

Pros: Уникална гледка със залез над язовира. Спокойно и уютно. Персоналът беше мн мил и усложлив. Вилата е доста нова и чиста.

Cons: Строят няколко нови вили в съседство, но все пак не беше мн шумно или мръсни

Pros: Страхотна вила,чисто,удобно,учтиви и любезни домакини.Превъзходна гледка,лесна локация Пътувахме със приятели,празнувахме рожден ден на детето ми. Всички бяха възхитени. Препоръчвам с две ръце

Cons: Няма такова нещо

Pros: Много чисто, подредено и с всичко необходимо за пълноценна почивка. Собствениците и персонала са много отзивчиви и любезни.

Cons: За компания/семейство бих препоръчала престой през топлите месеци,тъй като няма топла връзка между спалните и общото помещение, а и за да може максимално да се насладите на двора и всичките му екстри.

Pros: Чисто,удобно,красиво,с отношение към всеки детайл.
