A hidden gem with artistic flair
Pros: We recently had the pleasure of staying at Art City Villa, and I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately struck by the artistic decor that flows throughout the entire space. Each room has a unique, thoughtfully curated design that blends modern aesthetics with creative touches The villa offers three modern bathrooms. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. It's in a prime spot that gives you easy access to local attractions, dining, and shops. Overall, Art CITY Villa is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that's as inspiring as it is relaxing!

Perfect place in Kapana
Pros: We were really pleased with staying here. A very cosy and nice place. Ideal for holiday indeed. Located in the very heart of the city (in Kapana district) which makes it a perfect location. Everything is available within just a few minutes. Highly recommended! Air conditioning for all rooms. Absolutely perfect communication with the host, very helpful. Thank you so much! We'll be back soon.
Cons: Kitchen is small and suitable for breakfasts only.

Cute, comfortable and convenient!
Pros: We loved staying here! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Kapana. Walking distance to nearly everything you'd want to do - cafes, restaurants, bakery (across the street!), shops, museums, galleries, and the Old City. Yana was a spectacular host, went above and beyond for us. She helped with recommendations for food, transport, ideas for sightseeing, and always quick to respond. The villa is split into three floors, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. This gave our family of six a sense of peace and privacy when we needed it. The surrounding night life is vibrant but the windows are great at blocking out the ambient street noise. The first floor has a kitchen sink and refrigerator, no stove or microwave. We truly enjoyed exploring this beautiful city from this lovely home base.

Top centre 👌 great house
Pros: We were very positively surprised how centrally the hause was situated . All three studios were spacious and had a nice unique design so that we felt very comfortable
Cons: The separate studios dont't have a lock , you can lock only the main entrance of the house but not the rooms itself

Excellent accommodation for business trips
Pros: Great accommodation , perfect for business trips. All three studios have an own entrance and en -suite bathroom. Location is very convenient, direct in the city center , 15 walking minutes to the international fair. The area around is beautiful, good opportunity to discover the old town without much time investment
Cons: The staircase is narrow and steep

Pros: Brillant stay, even bettter owners. Top-notch communication as well the house itself. Its a pet friendly accommodation. May be the best location in the city, right on Kapana square- close to lots of food, drinks and sights but also quiet.

Нямаме търпение да се върнем отново
Pros: Идеална локация в центъра на града, Капана. Разхождаме се в най приятната маст на стария град всеки ден и нямаме нужда от кола. Възхитени сме от интериора , много стилно, дори спалното бельо е висококачествен сатен. И трите студия са отделени със стълби и към всяко има собствена баня . Има кафе машина автомат , страхотен старт на деня. Ненадминато предимство е паркинга пред самата къща.

Authentisches Historisches Haus in der Altstadt
Pros: Das Haus ist perfekt in Kapana Art District gelegen. Es ist toll, dass man kein Auto braucht und alles- Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Galerien, beste Restaurants zu Fuss erreichen kann. Es ist ein authentisches historisches Haus und man spürt die besondere Atmosphäre der modernen Altstadt. Das Haus ist groß, hat 3 Etagen und auch 3 Badezimmer, also genug für 6-7 Personen.
Cons: Alle 3 Zimmer sind über die Treppen zu erreichen, kein Fahrstuhl

Pros: perfekt für Geschäftsreisende, alle drei Studios sind auf einer eigenen Etage und bieten eigenes Badezimmer. Haus hat eine exzellente Lage und Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus
