Cons: Not related to the villa itself but rather to SPA Katarino - The villa is indeed in the premises of the Hotel, but you do not go through the reception, which was not made clear while booking it. Thus, the breakfast/dinner option and the Spa facilities were not available. We asked to pay and use the swimming pool and pay for the breakfast but got a refusal since the hotel itself was full.

Pros: Splendid view, nice exterior, cosy interior, lovely combination of wood and stone, well-maintained garden.

Cons: There were renovation works next door. Across the road from the garden is the area designated for hotel staff rest. It is often noisy.

Clean, cozy, spacious with a great view

Pros: Comfortable and spacious house with a great backyard, sufficient kitchen equipment and very kind and helpful hosts. Close to Bansko and with a great view of the mountains. You could use the restaurant and the SPA center of the hotel nearby, the hotel told us the fee for the SPA was 70 leva per person, not sure about the restaurant.

Really good value with a gorgeous view

Pros: The view of the mountains is amazing. The yard is nice, although we didn't use it because it was so windy while we were in Bansko. A lot of space for the price. A good find at the last minute.

Cons: The unit could use a bit of a makeover.

Pros: Всичко ни хареса! Поддържаният двор, удобствата в самата вила и люлките :) Съвет: понеже дворът е много слънчев, един надуваем басейн за жегите би бил прекрасно допълнение :)

Страхотна вила

Pros: Вилата се намира в комплекс Катарино, но отделена от хотела спрямо удобствата, които трябва да се заплащат допълнително. Това ни беше ясно и въпреки това бяхме впечатлени от къщата - хубаво обзавеждане, голям двор, отделна стаичка за барбекю,която ползвахме за камина. Собственичката беше отзивчива и ни помогна с някои въпроси. Цената беше смешна за това,което получихме. Цялостно има всичко необходимо за една спокойна почивка и с удоволствие ще се върнем отново.

Cons: Никакви оплаквания!

Прекрасно място за почивка

Pros: Всичко беше прекрасно. Домакините бяха много любезни и точни. Има всички необходими удобства. От всички къщи в комплекса, които до сега сме посещавали тази ни хареса най-много. Има голям добре поддържан двор с люлки. Много е удобно за хора с домашен любимец. Горещо препоръчвам Ще посетим отново :)

Релаксиращ престой

Pros: Просторна вила със собствен двор и страхотна панорамна гледка.

Cons: Вилата не е собственост на комплекс Катарино и няма възможност за изхранване в ресторанта на свободна консумация. От ресторанта ни предложиха вечеря на бюфет срещу 70лв на възрастен и 35 лв на дете.
