Pros: The house is situated in the village Laka just 2 minutes drive outside of Smolyan and the view from there is spectacular! Wherever you turn your glance it's so green!!! The owners ( Sneja and Milko ) were expecting us with tasty food as we arrived late. The house itself is quite comfortable, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. We were 10 altogether so this was a huge advantage for us cause we had our own bedrooms and privacy despite living in the same house. It was also very clean and comfortable. We visited a lot of attractions in the area but for 5 days we couldn't see everything we wanted so I hope we will be back again 🥰

Pros: Beautiful location . A very big house. The owners waited for us after the checkin hours because we were late.

Cons: The stairs leading up the garden to the house are not safe for a child. Also the garden was not completely fenced off which is not safe. The price was high - it is the same price for 6 or for 11 people which is not right.

Great family option in nature

Pros: We visited in august. Amazing view in a very quiet friendly village. Great stargazing at night. Beautiful forest just a few steps away. The house is very comfortable for our 3 couples and 2 singles. The host was friendly and helpfull. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining/ party room separate from sleeping rooms. Build in sauna (extra charge). Please keep in mind there are no shops/ groceries in the village so you need to plan shopping ahead. In short a great family option for nature lovers.

Pros: The house it's great and covered all the needs we got. First and most obvious is the amazing view in the nature. The house is on high and quiet position. After that comes all the comfort of the house. Has 5 bedroom, kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms have terrace. We were group of 7 adults and 3 kids and the place worked perfectly for us. It's renovated and looks cozy and new. As a location, it was easy to go to every attraction that we had in the list. The Hosts are amazing and the experience was great!

Чудесно място за почивка със семейството

Pros: Местоположението на къщата е страхотно. Открива се невероятна гледка към планината. Стаите са с добър размер, обновени и оборудвани с всичко необходимо. Домакините са изключително любезни и отзивчиви. Кухнята е чудесно оборудвана - не липсва нищо. Къщата е тиха и идеална за почивка. На двора има люлки и удобни столове за почивка.

Cons: Кухнята е на втория етаж а стаята за хранене/ забавления на първия. Няма кът за хранене отвън - липсва маса на двора а при хубаво време това е задължително.

Pros: Много комнат, где можно отдохнуть большой компанией, тёплый и уютный дом, всё красиво сделано для приятного отдыха. Много душевых комнат, есть сауна. Рекомендую для хорошего отдыха.
