Experience and fun

Pros: Milko was there for us for everything we asked for. The stay was amazing with an amazing host and well-kept apartments. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

Very recommended

Pros: The room was OK and clean, bathroom OK, the breakfast was at a location nearby and it was OK. Great personnel at the hotel and restaurant. Very good wi-fi. Free parking place nearby location. Location is good, at about 4-500m to ski gondola.

Cons: Some improvement with the breakfast - it would be nice to have an English written menu and possibility to choose.

Pros: Milko was an excellent host, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. He provided us with great recommendations, including restaurants and activities for the day. We’ll definitely be returning soon! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. Bansko is a beautiful town, and Milko went out of his way to help us discover everything it has to offer. Also if you need a place with high speed internet, this is your place!

Lovely stay, the owner being very nice with beautifully equipment rooms.

Pros: I really enjoyed the owner who was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very nice amenities. The Snow Pearl is also very close to the lift.

Location, owner, rooms – great.

Pros: The owner been so kindly to us, very friendly man! Location is great, 5 min walk to center street and to the gandola(funicular to the mountain) In February in the room been very warm even with open windows. Rooms been clean and nice! Parking place around hotel. Beautiful view on mountains And very important – pet friendly. Advice to choose for your vacation 😊

I had a great time and was impressed by the kindness of the owner.

Pros: One of the few properties that actually look better than on the photos. Small details were taken care of. The materials that were used were of a great quality. Great Wi-Fi signal and sports channels included in the TV package. And last but not least, the owner was really king and responsive. He was always there when needed. Admirations!

Cons: I do not have any major complaints

Pros: Aproape de zona de ski , aproape de centru , proprietarul receptiv , camera de 3 persoane este foarte buna

Cons: Curatenia nu este chiar de 10, Apartamentul cu 2 dormitoare este de fapt un dormitor cu perete si usa iar cel de al doilea are in loc de perete cu usa o perdea Micul dejun de la retaurantul din apropiere nu se poate servi , este rau .
