A cosy, impeccably clean apartment with everything you need.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable, with nice interior design, cosy and impeccably clean, and had everything we needed, including coffee :) We never met the actual host but judging by the messages we exchanged, she was really kind. We also appreciated the availability of free parking.

Cons: My negative feedback about the location concerns the overall way this ski resort (as well as holiday destinations throughout Bulgaria, for that matter) is being developed: too much construction, poor infrastructure (streets), patchy parking solutions.

Clean and cozy stay close to Gondola!

Pros: Ivelina is great host! She provided all the necessary information before our stay so we were calm for our arrival. Apartment is close to hiking trails and the Gondola, surrounded by nature! The place is very clean and have everything and even more for relaxed and pleasant stay. We will come back soon!

Great comfort and pleasant place for couples or families with kids

Pros: Everything was amazing - it is a spacious and charming flat, with more than decent bedroom size, additional sofa bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, laundry, coffee machine (capsules provided), comfortable bed. Everything is perfectly convenient for a short or longer stay of a couple or a family with 1-2 kids. Cleanliness - 10/10. The apartment has dedicated space to store ski/snowboard equipment (even though we did not use it). The hosts were amazing and made sure we got everything for a smooth and very pleasant stay. The location is calm, near the main gondola, near the forest (convenient for direct hiking) and around 20 min walk to the city centre.

Pros: Good communication with the owners, very well equipped and clean apartment with a location relatively close to the gondola.

Cons: We were 3 people with just a single key. In our case it was not a problem, but I imagine it might be inconvenient for people with different programs.
