Excellent value for money very friendly staff secure parking

Pros: Extremely helpful staff the room was clean and more than adequate. The location was a few minutes walk from the centre of town and they provided a secure parking place for our car. Every request was met with a smile . The breakfast was not included but we were served an excellent omelette with white cheese tomato olives and bread complete with good coffee at a good price .

Cons: A little dated might benefit from redecorating and updating.

Welcome to the family!

Pros: Good family hotel, close to the centre of Blagoevgrad. Within 5 minutes, there are many possibilities for drinking, eating, and shopping. Spacious room, airco, big beds, very friendly staff (family). Very nice, on the moment, prepared breakfast. We had a big balcony.

Cons: It's a bit old-fashioned, but that makes it very cosy. We had a pretty big balcony, but nothing to sit on......

Pros: Situated in a quiet area, a few minutes' to walk to the Mall / center and other shops / supermarkets. Welcoming and friendly host. Parking place saved on the property. The room and the bathroom were clean and the beds confortable. The coincidence made us mention that we were going to Asprovalta, that's how we found out that Villa Kartala exists there. We enjoyed our staying and it was a pleasure meeting nice people (the host).

Pros: Friendly staff, comfy and comfortable beds, had everything I needed.

Pros: The Place Is clean, The staff woman there(or owner, not sure)was super polite. Very close to the center of the city (less than 5mins walk away). I don't recall if we watched TV there, but it had a TV in the room. We made use of the refrigerator that was in the room too. They seem to offer some food downstairs as well i believe (can't guarantee on that), we just had coffee/juice there. It has parking space for few cars with fence. Absolutely best for this price.

A nice hotel in the center of Blagoevgrad

Pros: This was a great hotel to stay in. The room was comfortable, the owner was friendly and the location was really good. I stayed for over a week and the owner never troubled me to pay - “when you want”. I felt welcome there and I would definitely return.

Cons: Communication was a problem at times because the owner didn’t speak English, but we always found a way - GoogleTranslate, or a family member to help, so not really a complaint. I learned some Bulgarian while I stayed there!

FAMILY hotel :) awesome

Pros: It is amazing family hotel. The owners are like a family members. Love that place and people.

Location is fair, right in the city centre!

Pros: Very close to city centre, quite clean! The lady at the reception is vey nice and offered us parking slots right in front of the location!

Cons: It’s actually a flat in an old block of flats. The stairs can be a problem if you have little kids

Good starting point for exploring famous Rila Monastery.

Pros: Nice atmosphere, very friendly and great cooking owner. Curious local guests at the mini-restaurant by the reception.

Cons: Crowded parking on the street but the motorcycle placed transversely did not bother anyone.

Pros: Nice service. Closed parking. Despite being next to the street, quite quiet.
