A family resort that combines everything.. even for couples without kids !

Pros: The location is ideal, there is space to park your car, the breakfast was exceptional and they even let you take food from the buffet and eat it in your room . The spa was a pleasant surprise : clean , spacious and in very good condition.

Pros: The room was very clean and we had everything we needed for a ski holiday. Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of options. Really enjoyed the saunas and the relaxation area after a skiing day. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The accommodation has free parking and they offer drop-off/pick-up service from gondola.

a nice place to stay

Pros: I liked the spa and the size of our room. But, is not how big is described, 30 mp, is more smoller. The breakfast was ok.

Cons: the attitude of the management. the heating was only with an aerotherme.

Pros: All areas was very clean, lovely breakfast - plenty of choice , loved the spa area.

Cons: Shame the breakfast didn't start at 7 as 7.30 was to late to eat and then to get to our shop for boots and ski. Would have been nice if there was a pool or hot tub in the spa area - lots of wasted space.

Nice rooms and responsive host

Pros: We were 3 families and rented 3 rooms. We chose this property because we search for a property with AC and booking proposed it. However it appeared that there was no AC. I don't want to give bad score to the property but we were disappointed. We were lucky that it wasn't too hot but otherwise it would be really painful. The rooms were clean and good equipped, the host was nice and responsive. Overall we had a goof stay

Cons: There is no AC. In one of rooms WiFi didn't work in one of rooms (was fixed, took 2 days). We were on the ground floor, it's pretty noisy and no view

Pros: Ново, чисто и приятно обзавеждане. Наличие на паркинг. Изключително любезен и услужлив персонал. Слънчево място, чист въздух. Впечатляващо добра закуска за хора на пости.

Cons: Имат с какво да се подобрят, но проявяват интерес и желание

Bel appartement cosy

Pros: Bon emplacement pas loin du centre. Beau grand appartement neuf. Bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux Superbe spa

Cons: Personnel pas très acceuillant surtout le garçon au petit déjeuner. Mauvaise odeur dans Hammam peut être bien de mettre de l'eucalyptus. Petits enfants dans le spa ce qui est pourtant interdit!

Pros: Хотелът е на много добра локация, което беше голямо удобство за престоя ни. Стаята беше уютна, добре почистена и създаваше приятно усещане за комфорт. Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив, а закуската – вкусна и с богато разнообразие.

Cons: Бихме искали да отбележим и някои дребни неудобства, които според нас могат да бъдат подобрени. В стаята работеха само нощните лампи за осветление, като две от лампите не функционираха. Освен това стаята ни се намираше в близост до входа, където често минаваха хора и се чуваше шум, което създаваше известен дискомфорт. Също така останахме изненадани, че хотелът не разполага с басейн, за което разбрахме по-късно. Въпреки това хотелът компенсира с други положителни страни и това не оказа съществено влияние върху престоя ни. Като цяло останахме с добро впечатление и благодарим за приятното обслужване.

Pros: Mi-au placut mult locatia, aproape de centru, caldura din apartament si micul dejun foarte diversificat.

Cons: Nu mi-a placut baia.

Pros: מלון חדש, חדר מעוצב בחמימות עם שטיחים על הרצפה. מאוד נקי. היה לנו ארוחת בוקר במלון- ארוחת בוקר הכי טובה עם מוצרים הכי איכותיים. מתחם ספא- וואו, הכל חדש. צוות בקבלה- היו מאוד נחמדים, תמיד חייכו ועזרו. למרות שהמלון נראה גדול תמיד הרגיש מאוד אינטימי ולא הייתה המולה.
