The apartment and the location were great

Pros: The apartment and the location were great. I would recommend to check the gondola operation times – most of the hiking trails take 2-3 h on foot to reach.

Cons: There were renovation works in an adjacent apartment.

Perfect Stay!

Pros: Perfect apartment for ski trip, everything you need, great heating system that heats the room up extremely fast! Goes all the way up to 32° although we found 20°-24° was the sweet spot! 10-15 minute walk to main gondola

Pros: The property was exactly as the pictures. Squeacky clean, with all the facilities that are needed for a short stay, or a longer one. The interior is nicely decorated, and the room is warm and cozy. It’s located in a very convenient place, which is quiet but very close to the centre of Bansko. The communication with the owner was very easy and the responses were very fast. Overall, we definitely recommend it.

Peaceful, Clean, Comfortable Stay

Pros: I visited Bulgaria for the first time. During the 3-week tour, I stayed in 6 non-hotel accommodations. This place was one of my favourite, and had the most professional level of cleaning. It’s spacious, quiet, with good amenities. Host is very responsive.

Cons: While I like the spaciousness, could use a few things that came with other accommodations: microwave since there's no oven or toaster oven/toaster. So it's best for simple cooking. Reading/bedside lamp would be helpful. No shade for the balcony door so lights/ and privacy concern. The address listed led to the other side of the building and I struggled for several minutes to find the entrance since buildings look similar and was hard for me to comprehend the orientation but that could just be me. I ended up using the address of Prespa apartment, which is next door to navigate. And also the gravel gated parking lot is an easy marker and indicating steps down for the entry door.

Pros: THE HOST WAS GREAT, COMMUNICATIONS WERE CLEAR AND THEY CHECKED THAT WAS EVERYTHING WAS OK THROUGHOUT OUR STAY. THE PROPERTY IS MODERN AND CLEAN, COSY AND WARM AND IN A GREAT LOCATION, 5-10 MINUTES WALK FROM THE GONDOLA. THE HOST PROVIDED COFFEE & SUGAR, SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO, WASHING UP LIQUID AND A SPONGE, THESE MAY NOT SOUND LIKE BIG THINGS BUT IT IS THE LITTLE KIND GESTURES THAT COUNT AND MAKE YOUR STAY SIMPLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
