Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, close to the ski lift(50m), friendly owner, good communication, comfortable apartment...deserves every praise.

Pros: The apartment is very close to the gondola, very good value for money, clean and warm, has everything you need even for a longer stay. The washing machine was highly appreciated after a few days of skiing.

Cons: The view is towards other buildings, but fortunately nice ones. The kitchen is a bit small and crowded (I would give up on the microwave, never used it anyway). I imagine parking can be challenging during high season, not a problem for us though at the end of March. Furniture is a bit outdated, but still functional and clean.
