Prime location for a ski vacation

Pros: Aside from being clean, everything you need can be found in this apartment (kitchen appliances, utensils, kitchen soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, ironer, and drying rack that can warm up your ski clothes after a long day out). The location was also fantastic for monitoring the morning gondola lift queues; exit the flat, go to the stairwell, and you can see how long the queue is from the window). Last but not least, we appreciated Katy's hospitality and prompt responses. It was very kind of her to go out of her way to provide us with some general tourist tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Cons: Would have been nice having a kettle, but the microwave did the job.

Wonderful apartment and service, I really like it.

Pros: This is the best of all the apartments I stayed in in Bulgaria. It is clean, comfortable and cozy. There are all the necessary things for living. A wonderful view opens from the window.

Our 2nd Stay at Katy’s Studio

Pros: True to our word, after a lovely stay at Katy’s Studio last year, we returned again in 2024 for another delightful stay! Brilliant location (you couldn’t get closer to the gondola!) and next to some great bars and restaurants, Katy’s Studio is perfect for any ski trip. Great size apartment for a couple with everything you need.

Pros: Great location for skiing, value for money studio, very helpful host

Cons: The elevator was often out of work and the studio is on the 5th floor. Also the electric kettle was not working.

Pros: Location is excellent, near gondola. Lots of free parking on the street. Spacious apartment for a family with baby. Katy rented a baby cot. There is everything you need in the apartment. Balcony with a mountain view. Nice swimming pool for the residents.

Perfect location for skiing!

Pros: Perfect location for skiing! 250/300m from the main gondola lift which is used to access the resort - easy to walk in ski boots. Short walk to multiple nice restaurants (which are great value for money too). Katy is a very friendly owner, she was more than happy to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations. The apartment is a good size with large balcony too and the bed is very comfortable. I would 100% stay in Katy's Apartment again!

Great apartment

Pros: It is really close to the gondola (around 3-5 minutes of easy walk) The apartment is great, it has all the things for skiers, but it also have a great balcony so it is great to just come here and relax
