Great place to be near everything you need and reach the first gondola early by foot

Pros: Clean, great location, communicative and helpful staff. The ski room with heaters for boots was a pleasant surprise.

Pros: Very nice hosts, excellent location, large rooms, free ski equipment room.

Cons: Kitchen appliances were very limited and the bathroom stank.

Excellent apartment – highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment has a perfect location, very close to the gondola and within walking distance to all entertainment, restaurants, and shops. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Parking is never a problem — there is always space available right in front of the apartment, which is a big plus. The room was extremely warm and comfortable, probably the warmest place we’ve stayed in Bansko. It’s absolutely family-friendly, so you can travel with kids without any concerns. The staff were very helpful, always available, and responded quickly to any request. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Pros: Nice apartment with a great location close to Gondola ski lift🚡. The host is very nice person and very responsive to any enquiries.

Cons: You can hear people talking at night from neighbouring apartments as walls seem to be thin.

Nice hotel perfectly located in a lovely Bansko resort

Pros: Location was perfect, walking distance to the slopes, several 24/7 supermarkets around, plenty of good restaurants and street food selection. It was very warm in the room, comfortable bed. Reception lady is very nice, was able to help us on request. Also security who welcomed us at the night time on arrival. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely come back.

Cons: Would be handy to have a microwave and kettle, but it is minor details

Pros: Very good however, we were advised that the spa, pool and sauna would be available for use at the sister hotel, however the hotel was closed for the season.

Pros: Very spacious for 2 couples, and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with filter coffee maker and filters, as well as water kettle, stove, and basic utensils (sharp knife too). Cleaning staff brings toilet paper and towels occasionally which was really nice, and staff was very pleasant. Sauna great
