Bellevue Residence RELAX ZONE

Pros: The room was quite large and clean, I loved the huge bathtub.They were accomodating about my late arrival. I found plenty parking spots close to the hotel and there were a lot of places to eat right around the corner.

Cons: The water boiler wasnt turned on when I arrived and, due to my late arrival, there was nobody i could bring my issue up to at the front desk anymore, so i used cold water. After fixing it on the second day, i realised taking a bath will not be possible, as the boiler wouldnt be able to heat up enough water for the size of the bathtub. Never managed to access the SPA either.

Great place to stay

Pros: The room was clean and spacious, the SPA was great with various facilities and not too crowded. The location is close to the gondola and a lot of ski rentals, you can also leave your skis at the hotel (the receptionist will guide you). The staff were also friendly and kind. We would visit Bellevue Residence again.

Cons: Ben odamı king size suits aldım arkadaşlarım standart oda aldılar ve benden daha az ödediler fakat onların odası daha büyük ve bankonluydu biz odaya bavulları açtığımız için uğraşmak istemedik derdimide anlatamadım zaten

Pros: Dass das Personal an der Rezeption gut Englisch bspricht, hilfsbereit ist und freundlich. Was in Banzko nur die wenigsten Menschen sind. Noch nie haben wir so unfreundliche Menschen erlebt, es sei denn, sie sind im Service tätig. Wahrscheinlich war das Problem, dass viele uns nicht verstanden, kein Englisch sprachen.

Cons: Das Zimmer könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt nur eine Deckenlampe im Schlafzimmer, die vom Bett aus nicht zu bedienen ist. Es fehlt eine Lampe am Bett. Und die Heizung im Bad war nicht zu regulieren. Es wurde permanent hoch geheizt, auch nachts.

Pros: Голямо и удобно легло, огромна баня, учтив персонал, добра закуска, страхотен ски гардероб, нелош спа център.

Cons: Нашата стая нямаше балкон, въпреки че такъв беше посочен в описанието, така че имайте едно на ум ако сте пушачи. Не всички от персонала знаят български. Няма от къде да се вземе кафе преди 7.
