Apartment in Belvedere Holiday Club 550 m from ski lift

Excellent host , highly rate the apartment

Pros: The host was so helpful, from start to finish, the apartment had everything you would need, bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of towels.. really secure as I was on my own, extra security on my floor to get to the apartment. Host was helpful with directions and ski school recommendation.

Great apartment on excellent location!

Pros: Sergey’s apartment is really great. Very comfortable, equipped, cozy, well organized and maintained. Location is excellent cause you have everything you need on walking distance plus parking is free and if you need to go away from the city it is very convinient. Sergey is great guy and communication with him was awesome. Definitely going again!

Pros: Very well equipped kitchen, nice terrace with a view to the mountain, the communication with the host was excellent. Parking is available on the street just opposite the entrance.

Pros: The entire apartment was great, bright so much space and lovely view. Location was spot on also. Best apartment ive stayed in for some time, especially for the price, ive paid more to stay in hostels!

Pros: The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the location couldn’t have been better if you’re going skiing/snowboarding as the gondola is a 2 minute walk away.

Pros: A very comfortable apartment, near the gondola. The owner was very nice, giving infos and asking about our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great apartment for families or couples

Pros: Lovely 1 bedroom apartment, has everything needed for a holiday stay. Own kitchen, bathroom, sitting area can be transformed into extra large sleeping space for 1-2 kids or extra guests. Balcony with a mountain View. Located close to main street with all shops /ski rents and restaurants. Only 5-7min away from Gondola. Great communication with the host - whenever a query/questions occurred, he was there to answer. Great place to stay, helpful host and good price. Highly recommend for families and couples.

Cons: A few hiccups on the way with WiFi (this seems to affect other hotels/accommodations nearby as well). If you have mobile internet this isn't a big problem and host was kind enough to provide us with extra SIM for mobile internet. Heating works good, but floors are not carpeted or heated, so make sure to take warm slippers or thick socks, especially for kids.

Very good apartment for those who came for skiing.

Pros: everything was perfect, the location is perfect just 5 min to the goldola ride, the apartment was very clean it was equiped with everything that you might need, i liked the cofee machine as it made me feel like home, grab some good coffe in the morning. Internet was great at the apartment i did some work there and no issues. I would highly reccomend this appartment and would come back for another visit.

Pros: Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό! Είχαμε ένα ολόκληρο διαμέρισμα στην διάθεση μας. Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα. Βρήκαμε τα κλειδιά σχετικά εύκολα με τις οδηγίες του οικοδεσπότη. Έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για την διαμονή του.

Cons: Θα θέλαμε να υπάρχει λίγο παραπάνω ζέστη, καθώς στην περιοχή, ειδικά τις χειμερινές περιόδους, η θερμοκρασία πέφτει αρκετά κάτω του μηδενός. Δεν βρίσκεις εύκολα πάρκινγκ.
