Rivendell Apartments Borovets Gardens complex

Pros: The apartment was great, it was specious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it exceeded my expectations. I liked that it was clean and bright. We had great communication with the host. We had a small problem with the terrace door, but the host quickly managed to find a solution. It was nice that there was a dishwasher. There is a very nice walking path from the apartment to the ski slopes. We loved the apartment and would like to return.

Cons: We were not able to connect to the apartment wifi but it was not a problem because there was a great connection from the complex. The location was a little bit tricky for me, because we were with a small child, who did not wanted to walk a lot. One of the reception staff was very rude.

Would definitely go back and use again

Pros: Good condition apartment with enough room for 5 adults Having 2x toilets was a major plus Kitchen good enough to cook meals for a family

Cons: Tv didn’t work

Great value for money. Lovely apartment.

Pros: Spacious, light and comfortable. Easy to access. Very clean throughout.

Cons: Reception were not very helpful when needed. At the bottom of the town so walking up into town was manageable but not ideal.
