Superior Apartment B3

Pros: mfortable and bright apartment on the ground floor with nice view of the pine forest. High ceiling. Well equipped kitchen (big fridge) and nicely decorated living room with a lot of space for hanging out (family with two kids). Good heating (added extra electrical heater in bedroom). Spacious bathroom with a excellent bathtub.A lot of storage space. Good parking options besides the residence. There is a nice common lobby at the main entrance available for all tenants to use. Good WiFi!

Cons: Missing a chair for the dining table (only three available).The sofa bed is uncomfortable (a steel bar can be felt underneath). Poor soundproofing from the hallway. The bathroom door cannot be closed, only locked. The entrance door lock is loose. The towel dryer was not fixed. No key badge provided for the alternative entrance to the residence. A few towels had pale orange stains. Unfortunately, the spa in the residence is not working.

Nice apartment, family friendly, well equipped, our third time staying and definitely not the last

Pros: Clean apartment, fresh design, well equipped kitchen with all appliances you may need. Kids friendly and welcoming. Good parking options on site.

Cons: We had a couple of pieces of decor fall off, curtain rail and wall clock, but all was quickly and safely repaired/ reinstalled. We got nice cookies for the inconvenience so all good.

Cosy and comfortable studio

Pros: Very cosy and comfortable studio, well equipped to the smallest details. There was even ice prepared in the camera of the refrigerator. Well appreciated were the complimentary coffee capsules and water. The kid enjoyed the small chocolate candies.

Cons: Nothing, we often book apartments for our holidays, this was one of the best equipped and homey ones.

Highly recommended

Pros: We loved our stay. The apartment is exactly as in the picture. Very easy self check in and super clean. The mattress and pillows super comfortable and bedsheets smelling very nice. The location is also good, around 10/12 minutes walking to the ski lifts.

Pros: Apartment 33 was great,new furniture and very clean.

Pros: The host was very helping and responded immediately to our questions (sms). The room was ready in time and everything was as showed at the photos.

Cons: The area in front of the main gate was full of snow and ice and one car would still be there if it wasn't for other visitors who helped. But that was the case allover the place, not just in front of the hotel. Snow and ice everywhere. Also, the label of the hotel is a bit confusing. It was \

Perfect place for relaxл

Pros: The apartment is located in a very convenient location. Very cozy, clean and bright. It has all the conveniences for a longer stay. The host gives clear and accurate instructions regarding accommodation. Your stay was very pleasant.

Cons: Everything was unique and thought out to the smallest detail. I think there is nothing to improve.
