Pros: Great apartment. Warm, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Perfect location and close to everything. Friendly and helpful host. No complaints

Pros: The apartment is very convenient if you travel for skiing since it is a few minutes from martinovi baraki and 100m from the gondola lift. Central location and comfortable for 2-3 persons.

Cons: Parking during winter could be tricky, especially on the weekends, and it is not free throughout the whole village, so you have to make your arrangements. Nonetheless, during summer it is easy to park near the acommodation and parking is usually free after midday.

Pros: Fantastic location. Quiet. Good facilities. Comfy. Great communication with the host, who was happy to help when we made an additional request. Would book again.

Cons: It’s a minor thing, but cables and TV box dangling down in the living area didn’t look great.

Pros: Kalin is a great host, and great person. Everything was perfect, and I only have kind words about him. Apartment was very clean, and it had everything that we need. Location is also great, there are markets and ski rental services on 50m from the apartment, and ski lift is around 200m.

Pros: Great place, clean, tidy, spacious, with Excellent location - ski slops, restaurants and markets near buy. Ski rent and ski depo and market as well is just on the ground floor. It is just across Rila hotel, so parking is not the problem. Literary you have everything you need for relaxing and carefree holiday.
