Pros: The location is great. Right next to the lift, which is what we were looking for. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Right on the first floor there is even a supermarket, which was also good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book the same place when coming back.

lovely apartment in a great location with hosts that will go above and beyond

Pros: The hosts were so lovely, very communicative, kind and they assisted us with getting the bus from Sofia to Borovets as we couldn't translate the timetable to English. When we arrived at the apartment, it was just as it looked in the photographs, spacious, clean and homely. Hristo met us to hand over the keys and had brought some fresh vegetables and bottled water, which was a blessing as it was really hard to find fresh vegetables in the supermarkets at the resort. The apartment is in a great location and supplied everything needed for self-catering, with good internet access, lots of channels on the TV, and a comfy bed. We would totally recommend staying here, the hosts will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay.

A good short skiing holiday!

Pros: A very easy communication with the host, you can find the keys in a small storage box with a code, a big advantage is that it has underground parking and the apartment being close to the cable installations, you don't have to take the car out. Warm, clean, with everything you need to make a breakfast, there is a shop open non-stop on the ground floor. Very convenient location if you go skiing. We will definitely come back.

Could not have been happier with our choice!

Pros: Xristo and his family could not be better hosts. We actually booked last minute as we could not stay one more night at the place we had initially booked into. In truth, it could not have worked out better. This apartment was 100% better than the previous one. Sparkly clean with excellent facilities in the kitchen area, and comfortable beds and seating areas. The location was great on a quiet street with just a few minutes walk to the local restaurants and bars. Xristo dropped by with fresh bread the next morning, and wonderful home made cheese pie from his wife the next day. The hosts were also very helpful in finding storage for our luggage after we had vacated the apartment. Communication was excellent and any query was answered in minutes, both by telephone and in person. We will definitely return, this apartment made our stay a fabulous one! So happy!
