Pros: Banger place. Super well located, everything you need and more.

Cons: Finding a parking spot is a bit tricky and I definitely suggest the host to have more than one pair of keys.

Comfort, Kindness, and Great Value in the Heart of Town

Pros: Dara House is a centrally located, quiet, and clean apartment that has everything you need. The owner is extremely friendly. I was kindly offered a ride from the bus station to the apartment, which was much appreciated since I arrived late. I was also allowed to stay a bit past the check-out time.

Cons: I'm puzzled by some of the comments and - pardon me - rather ridiculous complaints, such as being disturbed by sunlight in the morning. The apartment windows face the morning sun, and the blinds don't entirerly block the light. If that's a problem, it's better to choose a different place. Though I doubt you'll find one with such a good price–quality ratio. :)

Apartment with a cool view!

Pros: Apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The host was nice and responsive. The location is perfect, and the best part was the view of the Roman ruins from the window.

Pros: Great location and not far from the old town. Host was very friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Facilities were modern and of good standard. Air con worked perfectly when needed.

Pros: Fantastic. The amphitheatre really is the view from the window, amazing. Wish my house was as lovely as this apartment, could not fault it.

Pros: Perfect central location,very clean and comfortable amenities in the property. Easy access to everything nearby,many restaurants,cafes and landmarks.

Awesome very clean apartment in the heart of Plovdiv (main pedestrian street) with all facilities

Pros: Really awesome apartment on 1st floor and awesome location close to everything. Walkable to all sights. Not too far from train station either. Extremely clean, well maintained, great layout, great use of space, all facilities. In fact kitchen is also stocked with pasta, beans, etc. Easy key pick (property manager met us), easy check-out (dropped keys in mailbox). Wish we had stayed for more than 2 nights!

Cons: It was really perfect and we would happily stay again, this time for longer. If I had a nit-pick: there is no balcony & limited view. WiFi can be a bit slow at times with multiple users/devices.

Enjoyable

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect! It was very big and cozy, there were all the facilities needed to stay even for longer period. I would recommend staying in Dara house!

Excellent.

Pros: Great location, right in the centre of town and well equipped with everything you need. Windows are on to trees at the back so really quiet despite the front door opening to the main pedestrian street. Easy communication for check in. Wanted to stay for longer but unsurprisingly, they were already booked!
