Great relaxing stay

Pros: Cosy room with comfortable bed, and balcony overlooking the river. Dinner and breakfast buffets with Bulgarian cuisine, manned by friendly staff. A la carte lunch. Beautiful spa area with saunas, steam room and the option of booking a massage. Communal pool with hot and cold water areas overlooking the Balkan mountains and forests.

Pros: The hot mineral water pool and the saunas. Also the staff was very amiable and friendly. The housekeeping service was very good, also the service in the restaurant was satisfactory.

Couple of days of leisure and spa

Pros: Small and intimate, in the midst of beautiful nature. Courteous staff. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed. We stayed off season during the week so it wasn’t crowded.

Cons: Small spa facilities of inadequate size relative to capacity of the hotel.

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was wonderful – cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent service. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety

Cons: The warm pool area felt a bit too small, as even with 4–5 people it seemed crowded. Still, this did not stop us from enjoying our time.

Great stay for a couple

Pros: Everything was clean. Dinner and breakfast were included and were quite tasty. The two small pools were amazing. The two saunas and relax areas were also amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Close to hiking trails.

Great place in the mountain

Pros: Great that they have made renovations. The rooms look great - beds are comfy. Spa and pools very good as always. Even though hotel was fully booked it did not feel crowded.

Cons: Only thing is food at dinner was with very limited choices. Breakfast was okay.

Good value, highly recommend

Pros: The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, not too much diversity, still enough to start the day with energy. On the other side, the dinner buffet was excellent, many options to chose from. The SPA was great and the small pool with thermal water at ~40 degrees just next to the bigger pool with regular, cold water was an interesting experience, if you dare to swim in both pools. The hotel has also a kids corner, a room designated as a play area with many toys.

Cons: The pool with thermal water is too small compared with the hotel capacity. The children wanted to have more space to play in the water.
