Apartment in the city center

Pros: Great apartment minutes away from serdika metro.you can get here from the airport for less than 1 Euro . minutes away from vitosha boulevard .very easy to find and to access

Pros: The apartment is directly in the city center but it is possible to park the car for free in the courtyard. From outside (both from the main street or the courtyard), it does not look like nice, but inside it is a nice and well-equipped aparment. Even, if the main street Tsar Boris III Obedinitel is a busy avenue, the windows are protecting you well from the noise, moreover, the bedroom is located on the other side (courtyard). The price is very reasonable. Two important notices: 1.) there are free parking places in the late afternoon or evening, during the day (from about 9:00), the parking is fully occupied. 2.) be \

Pros: Apartment located in old building and without elevator. But it's located in walking distance to the old city. Parking is free but often difficult to find the place.

Central location, needs improvement to be worth its value

Pros: Very central located, apartment is nice, it has all the basics

Cons: Some small details like providing an extra toilet paper instead of just one And also tea would’ve been nice to have available. Bathroom shower could’ve had protection so we don’t have to squeegee after every shower. Couldn’t wash my hair because hot water was gone after 3min, also my partner didn’t shower after me because of the same issue. As said: small details but that makes you feel like you’re having what you’re paying for.

Nice apartment close to the Old Town, good furnished, but with uncomfortable beds and cold rooms.

Pros: Good location, very close to the city center and Old town. The apartment is in the old building but it is renovated and looks very modern. Very good communication with the host. The bathroom and kitchen are very nice and modern looking.

Cons: Bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed in the living room. The rooms were cold when we entered the apartment, we tried to warm them up with an Aid conditioner but it didn't work. We warmed up the next morning. There aren't additional blankets or quilts. The host should turn on the air conditioner a couple of hours before our arrival. There wasn't a hair dryer. There wasn't shampoo and shower gel.

Short and sweet

Pros: The apartment was nice spacious and airy. The 2 a/c units one for the lounge and one for the bedroom as it was very hot during our visit so that helped a lot. The parking was great as there was always a spot to park which was next to the apartment. The location was perfect for visiting the old town/centre on foot as it was within walking distance of the main centre where there was an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and history to indulge in.

Cons: There was 2 towels for 4 guests which isnt practical, and the bedroom curtains weren't sufficient to cover the entire window, so the light coming through made it difficult to sleep as it was too bright ☀️. I'd suggest adding an extra curtain.

New clean spacious apartment, central location

Pros: Brand new beautifully renovated apartment, 2nd floor. 5 min to Kapana district, 10 min to Ancient Theatre of Philippopolis. Clean and spacious. Balcony with greenery views. Comfortable beds, big wardrobes. Capsule coffee maker (with capsules for 1st day only). We parked our car easily on the back area of the building, for free. Check-in and out with keylock box. Highly recommend, thank you.

Nice, large apartment in great area.

Pros: great location. large apartment. very clean. looks exactly like the photos. would recommend.

Cons: The hot water ran out after about 5 mins each time we showered. There seemed to be a large water tank so I’m not sure why this was the case. This is probably something that could be fixed easily.

Pros: Apartamentul foarte mare,comunicarea cu gazda excelenta,ne-a permis sa intram mai devreme in apartament si sa il eliberam putin mai tarziu decat era normal.Este utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie.Este aproape de centru si este o zona linistita!

Cons: Incalzirea doar cu aerul nu face fata in tot apartamentul,bine ca mai era o aeroterma in apartament.Parcare gasesti doar dupa ora 15-16 iar scara blocului arata deplorabil!Clanta de la baie era stricata si nu se putea inchide usa!
