Excellent stay

Pros: Artin met us to show us around the property. It is a lovely apartment. Very clean. Beds super comfy. Nice kitchen. The terrace was great. Lots of space and great view . Property is very close to kabana district with lots of places to eat and drink. Old town even closer. Loved staying here.

Spacious, new and convenient

Pros: Very spacious and clean, everything looks new. The host is very welcoming. The location is great - Kapana is just around the corner of the hill.

Cons: Could use a bit more hangers in the bathroom.

Pros: Location 10/10. Rooms 10/10. Elevator is a plus. Quiet. Martin is a great host, who will help you for anything. Parking is avaiable just nearby appartment. For sure, if we ever return to Plovdiv, we will first check if Shahbazian House is free.

Cons: Nothing not to like in Martins appartments. If you have a chance, stay at Martins Shahbazian House.

Pros: It was bright modern and airy loved the balcony’s the owner made us feel very welcome

Cons: If I was to have a negative it is not even a microwave to heat something to eat

Simply great

Pros: Host is great. Very good and easy communication. Very good location, just a couple of minutes from the old town which is a must to visit. Will definitely stay here again if road takes me to Plovdiv. All recommendations.

Cons: Coffee could be a bit better for us who love good espresso in the morning :)

Exceptional apartment

Pros: The apartment was extremely clean, modern, beautifully decorated and well lit. The owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful. One of the nicest rooms/apartments I've ever stayed in, it really was lovely. Also, well equipped with a kitchenette, coffee machine, etc.

Cons: The location wasn't great. It was a bit of a walk to the main shopping area and Kapana district, not much at all (approx. 10 mins to Kapana) but was a bit annoying when we forgot something and needed to pop back to the room. I also didn't feel completely safe walking back there after dinner etc, at night on my own with two children, as we had to go through subways etc.
