Overall, the property was fine, though with room for improvement
Pros: The flat is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked, the TV is a modern smart model with streaming apps, coffee is provided, and a complimentary bottle of wine on the kitchen table was a very nice touch. The owners responded promptly whenever we contacted them.
Cons: The property has two sofas in the sitting room, both of which can be used for sleeping, so even a family of five can be accommodated. However, they are not comfortable: the large sofa is extremely hard on one of the sides, while the second sofa is uneven. The mattress in the bedroom is also soft. The water heater is very small, so two adults will have difficulty taking showers consecutively without waiting for it to heat up again. If you arrive by car, parking inside the complex may be a challenge, as it is overcrowded with vehicles. We had to park outside across the road, so while free parking is available, it is most likely to be outside the complex.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment, great location. There is everything you need. Clean surrounding area.
Cons: But the pool in the hotel complex needs better care ( water is not very clean), sauna was not hot. Hamam is excellent!

Very attractive, I recommend to everyone.
Pros: Very good localisation for exploring Pirin and Rila mountains. Beautiful nature all around. Lots of attractions at place. Close to the shops and places one can buy all the goods needed. Possibility of having breakfasts and luchnes/dinners at place.
Cons: The whole resort should work on waste segregation/recycling system.

Pros: Nice apartment, very clean, the kitchen was equipped with all accessories. The owners were in constant contact with us and almost immediately helped us to solve some small things (like turning on the heater, tv,..etc. We felt like we were at home.

Pros: Excellent place, a very well-equipped apartment, it has everything, excellent service from the owner of the apartment! I will definitely come back here!

Pros: The facilities were great as the kids loved the swimming pool and from the reception you can walk down the road to the right where there is a football pitch for the kids. They have good internet and the AC keeps you warm and the electric heater is good. Nice views of the mountain.
Cons: Only rubbish thing which is our fault is it's not as busy as due to it being close to the end of the season for skiing etc.

Pros: Всем довольны.цена невысокая учитывая сезон.удобно.просторно.кравать удобный матрас.кухня имеет все чтоб приготовить покушать дома.тихое место с видом на горы.можно покушать в ресторане комплекса за 9.евро.были на машине немного было сложно с парковкой первый вечер.много машин.остальные дни получше.до Банско 12 км .не имея машины такси стоит 22 евро в одну сторону.учитывайте это.кому нужна тишина идеальное место.хозяин кв на связи по ват сапу.только английский и болгарский.мы всем довольны.
Cons: Дверь выглядит хлипкой.оборот на один замок.и видимо не приходилось чинить уже сломан об наличник двери изнутри.сейфа нет.так что наличку мы не решались оставить в номере.

Pros: Апартамента беше много добре,без забележки с изключение на малкия дебит на бойлера,но всичко друго беше на нужното ниво и добре оборудвано.
Cons: Не ни хареса това,че басейна и джакузито бяха студени и персонала долу (особено един господин с татуиран ръкав на ръката и прошарена брада) се отнасяха пренебрежително и гледаха доста надменно(визирам само отговарящите за басейна и спа центъра долу,останалите хора от рецепцията на хотела се държаха доста любезно) ,освен че басейна беше студен този господин с прошарената брада и татуировката нонстоп дебнеше и и обикаляше да намалява температурата на сауните.
