Cool place and very discreet

Pros: Another great stay at Kokiche! Would recommend the place for some fun night time.

Cons: Comfy place. I knew what to expect so nothing to complain about.

fantastic location, quirky, charming and kink friendly

Pros: Fantastic location, minutes from a tram and train easy to find and well appointed with fantastic kitchen facilities. Kink friendly! Very comfortable. We stayed while attending Sofia Live Festival and were able to walk to the festival vey easily, loads of great local cafes nearby for breakfast lunch and dinner and 1 quick tram from downtown.

Cons: We needed aircon! We stayed during very hot weather and had to open the doors and windows to keep cool!

Pros: Very quiet place, excellent location, the apartment was great, no downsides at all!

Pros: Hats off to the owner for what they've created. It's an exceptional place. Great location, 5 or 10 minutes from the centre. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again anytime.

A Little Secret in Sofia for Special Occasions

Pros: This place is waaay better than it looks on the pictures. The quality of the bed and shower installations is superb. I had my concerns about the hanging bed, but it is fixed in a way that you would hardly notice it can move. Upon arrival, the temperature in the room was deliberately set high (very considerate on behalf of the host, btw), high enough to feel very comfortable under any circumstances ;). Pay close attention to the overhang mirror on the ceiling, which gives full broad view of the entire bed. Coupled with the dim red LEDs encompassing the room, this completely annihilated every bit of modesty in my partner.

Cons: The walls are a bit on the thin side, and while hearing people talk over the phone and making coffee in the morning didn't bother us much, it does make me want to extend my sincere apologies to all neighbours.

It was cool!

Pros: Overall it was pretty cool. We liked the interior, the location.

Cons: The kitchen wasn’t exactly kitchen. There is floor heating, so it wasn’t very warm. In the morning we were hearing people’s phone calls, so not exactly the best isolation.

Pros: Host was very polite and let us check-in earlier , the room was warm, bed was comfy, shower was amazing. Will definitely return
