Pros: A very cozy apartment made with a soul for living. A bit of a bachelor. Excellent location near the metro, cafes, shops and public transport stops. Parking is paid on the street, there are usually places. We enjoyed our stay, we will return again, the friendly, sociable host. I recommend.

Cons: There were not enough mosquito nets for windows, knife sharpeners - my subjective opinion. The apartment is not new, but this is its charm.

Pros: The flat has great AC in every room , very important in the hot summer here. There is convenient big work desk and comfortable chair in the living room - easy to work from.

Cons: The shower faucet need to be fixed. The flat can be cleaner. It is in the 4 floor....so lots of stairs.(wasnt in the add)

Pros: We came as a family of 4 and it was a comfortable stay for us. The location of the apartment was good and in walking distance to the center(20-25min). The house and especially the kitchen were well equipped. There was a beautiful view at the balcony. Special thanks to Alex

Cons: The only problem was the bathroom because shower head was leaking and there were some bugs coming out of the cealing(might be due to the summer time)

Wonderful place in a nice and very centrak neighbourhood of Sofia

Cons: There are some things a plumber would love to fix 😉.Not each of us was able to open the door with the key (was tricky)

Pros: Изключително адекватен, внимателен и отзивчив хост - Flat Manager. Апартаментът е на много удобна локация - близо до централната част на града, удобен транспорт, заведения и забележителности в близост. Основните необходими неща са налични - чисти хавлии, оборудвана кухня, тоалетни принадлежности.

Cons: Мухъл в банята. Неприветливи общи части във входа. Липса на асансьор - апартаментът е на 4ти етаж, до който се стига по тясно стълбище и е предизвикателство, когато си с повече багаж. Препоръка - да се включват предварително климатиците през студените месеци, тъй като е нужно време да се затопли. Добре е да се помисли и за обновяване на климатиците, тъй като са шумни. Някои мебели са доста стари и захабени.

Bardzo polecam apartament.

Pros: Świetny apartament, czysty, zadbany i, co najważniejsze, z klimatyzacją. Przy temperaturze 37 stopni to było niezbędne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobami, zarządzającymi objektu. Dobra lokalizacja, do uniwersytetu piechotą 15-20 min. Przepiękne widoki z balkonu i panoramicznych okien.

Cons: Klatka schodowa w kamienicy jest nieco przerażająca, podczas naszego pobytu nie było w niej światła, co utrudniało wieczorne powroty.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja - blisko metra i głównych zabytków w centrum. Przepiękny widok na masyw Witoszy. Duża powierzchnia mieszkania. Hamak z widokiem na góry i miasto.

Cons: Czwarte piętro bez windy. Ponura, brudna klatka schodowa, bez oświetlenia. Menel koczujący u drzwi kamienicy. Cieknące wszystkie krany.
