Excellent place, I am booking it again when coming to Sofia

Pros: Very cosy, clean, very well connected, with garage and appliances needed to feel like home and last but not least with outstanding hosts!

Cons: It was hard to look up and also to enter the building. The host sends a video but if there is a map of the building with arrows that’d have made the navigation much easier. Perhaps providing a google maps link or precise address would be useful as Bulgarian taxis and gmaps struggle with the current address.

Comfortable and clean place to stay!

Pros: Video instructions were very applicable and useful. Free garage was an absolute asset. It is a closed complex so inbetween the blocks there is a green part, benches and shared child toys, vehicles which is nice if you arrive tired but you are with a small child that wants to run, play and be outside. The yard next to the living door is perfect! Safe place and at any time you can see it.

Cons: No air condition in the bedroom which in 38 degrees outside is quite uncomfortable for sleeping :/

Decent place at a decent price

Pros: Excellent location for our needs, close to friends and relatives. Very easy to park in the underground garage and plenty of food shops and restaurants around.

Cons: The bathroom had a single drain, which got clogged after a shower, so nearly all the bathrooms floor was flooded. Never understood Bulgarian bathrooms and their drain choices. We were missing a hair dryer as well, although the ad claimed there was one. It's possible a previous guest nicked it.

Pros: We have stayed in the apartment 3 years in a row - we love it!!! The host is very helpful and there is everything we need - there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by, big pharmacy and also a bus stop right in front. If you need a bigger supermarket - Lidl is about 5 mins walking distance. The garage is a big plus. And our son simply enjoys the garden 😊 After 3 years being there every summer, it feels like home for us 😊

Fantastic property that exceeded all of my expectations.

Pros: Brilliant apartment within the location that has everything you need: grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, restaurants - you name it. In case you need to go somewhere - the bus stop is just outside the apartment complex, which ended up being extremely convenient to get to the local mall, business park, and city center.
