Very good.

Pros: The host is very kind man. Near to metro station, transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The value is worth for this money. For every customer budget there is property.

Cons: Needs a little improvement in cleaness, but this could be correct in one day.

Pros: The location is good as it is front of a bus stop and very near to student town. the host was very helpful. i will stay again when i plan to live near this area next time. it is close to the airport also.

Excelente ubicación y atención

Pros: El lugar es sencillo pero muy acogedor y perfectamente funcional. Excelente limpieza. Especialmente está muy bien situado: medios de transporte, tiendas, farmacia, un restauran, etc. todo muy a mano, así que el precio es excelente por su ubicación. Está bajo el nivel de la calle, pero ya había visto lugares así mi país. Acababa de llegar de Argentina y fue mi primer día en Bulgaria, así que pasé del verano al invierno de golpe y tuve bastante frío, pero le pedí al hospedador unas frazadas más, y me las trajo él personalmente. Ese detalle fue genial, excelente atención, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme acá.

Im totally recommend this place to stay. Quite and comfy.

Pros: Great place and a wonderful host 🙂 The location is really nice — quiet, private, and at the same time very convenient. The place fully matched the description and was clean and well prepared upon arrival. During my stay there was a small issue, but the host replied almost instantly and resolved thsi right away, which was very much appreciated. Communication was easy, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a cozy and comfortable stay with excellent value for the price. I would definately stay here again and happily recommend it to others. . . Отличное место и хозяин, славный малый, немного понимает по-нашему, что помогает если слово на английском забыл. Тихая и удобная локация, всё соответствует описанию, чисто и аккуратно. Небольшой вопрос во время проживания решили очень быстро. Общение лёгкое и доброжелательное. С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова и рекомендую.

Доволно и практично.

Pros: Много удобно местоположение. Имах малък технически проблем, на който хостът веднага обърна внимание и предприе мерки. Има пералня и сушилня, което доста улеснява нещата, ако престоя е по-дълъг като моя. Винаги съм доволна от отсядането си там.

Pros: Много учтив хост! Имах проблем с локацията, отзова се да ми обясни подробно. Забравих си вещ в апартамента и се погрижи да ми я върне. Доволна съм и препоръчвам! Също, леглото е много удобно.

Pros: Доволна съм от престоя, домакините бяха учтиви, настаняването беше лесно. Мястото според бюджета е добро, защото наоколо има спирки на градския транспорт и всякакви магазини. Има възможност човек да се изпере и да си сготви нещо бързо.
