Nice, spacious apartment for the whole family with a private parking spot in the backyard.

Pros: Nice, spacious apartment for the whole family. In a location about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. Free parking was a lot of help as well. Easy and effective communication with the host.

Cons: The kitchen could have been supplied just a bit better. It had only the most basic cutlery.

Super apartment with free safe parking.

Pros: Great apartment, very well equipped, virtually everything you could need. Super comfortable bed. Great to have a free parking space. Superb communication with host regarding check-in and other necessities. We were in Sofia for hospital appointment so chose for the location. But only a 40 minute walk to NDK and start of Vitosha boulevard and 25 minute walk to Serdica shopping mall. Highly recommend. Thank you Iva.

Cons: Nothing, but if I had to say something, a bath mat and thick curtains in the lounge area.

Pros: Apartment was comfortable, with all the necessary things for a family. Private parking inside the courtyard. Nice host.

Cons: Boiler was difficult to use because of burning danger. It should use some regulator for the temperature of the water.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and well-equipped. \t•\tEverything was clean with a pleasant smell. \t•\tCheck-in instructions were simple and clear. \t•\tPrivate parking was a big plus. \t•\tCentral location in the city.

Cons: The neighborhood is a bit old. \t•\tSignificant noise at night, especially from the garbage truck around 4–5 a.m. and from the nearby road. \t•\tMany mosquitoes – bring insect repellent.

Pros: The room was very big and it was nice that there was two toilets . Everything was very clean and it was easy to check in. The host was very helpfull. We could park our car to the back yard for free. There was a washing machine in the room. It was a very short walk to the centrum of Sofia.
