Cozy 1BR in Heart of Oborishte with Private Parking

Pros: Brilliant hosts, super attentive and helpful. We felt very welcomed. We loved the apartment, had everything we needed, and the location was excellent.

Cons: The mattress wasn't 100% comfortable

Relaxing stay in the heart of Sofia

Pros: Third time staying at this property, and it's good as always. Everything you need is provided, like cooking utensils, a well working & easy to manage washing machine and a drying rack as well. The balcony is small, but it fits the drying rack. The property offers self-check-in, which is very convenient, and the instructions sent by the host are clear and easy. The property is located in a quiet street, but still very close to the centre with all the tourist attractions and shops and restaurants. Public transportation is available on almost every corner, it's easy to access and not expensive. The nice Zaimov park is almost your backyard! Very well recommended, I will probably be back on my next trip to Sofia!

Cons: Just one thing: in the bathroom, there is no sealant between the glass divider and the floor, so the water will flow underneath and flood the bathroom. For now, I used the largest towels to stop the water a bit, but 5 minutes of caulking would solve this inconvenience : -)

Convenient accommodation near the center

Pros: - Great location and very quiet. - The parking spot is convenient even though a bit tricky to enter. - New and modern flat.

Cons: - We stayed twice over the period of one week. On one occasion there was no liquid soap in the bathroom on the other the bathroom sink was not cleaned properly. - The living room lacks some softer light as an alternative to the main lights on the ceiling. - It will be good to have a shoe put, one time use slippers and a lighter or match since there are candles in the flat.

Nice & complete apartment close to the centre of Sofia

Pros: A complete and comfortable apartment in a nice street close to the centre of Sofia. It is easy to find and also easy to access. Communication with the owner is good. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The nice Zaimov park is almost your backyard. Public transport is available at only a few minutes walking. Supermarkets all around and good wifi.

Cons: There are only thin curtains in the windows, both in the bedroom and the living room. The balcony door has no cover at all. The rooms are never dark, due to streetlights and light sources of other buildings. To enjoy a good sleep in the dark, the windows could use some blinds or thicker curtains.

Pros: Very bright clean and spacious appartment. Has everything needed for the short or long stay. Very good location. Parking is a huge plus.

Cons: Need to be a good driver to use parking as the entrance is quite narrow.

Pros: The host was super helpful answering within minutes. The parking spot is a big plus because we didn’t have to pay for parking. The location is very comfortable.

Pros: Apartman je čist, prostran,poseduje sve što vam je potrebno za prijatan boravak u njemu. Metro stanica je blizu, a možete laganim hodom i do centra, ako se ne žurite. Komunikacija sa gazdom odlična. Preporuka za ovaj apartman! The apartment is clean, spacious, has everything you need for a pleasant stay in it. The metro station is close by, and you can easily walk to the center if you are not in a hurry. Communication with the owner is excellent. Recommendation for this apartment!

Pros: Страхотно местенце, със собствено паркомясто на прекрасна локация.

Pros: Легко добраться на автомобиле, в ворота надо заезжать очень аккуратно, небольшая своя парковка. В доме есть лифт. Огромные апартаменты. Квартиры чистая и хорошо оборудованная.

Перфектен

Pros: Топъл, чист, уютен апартамент на тихо и лесно достъпно място. При необходимост бих наела отново този апартамент.
