Truly exceptional!

Pros: The apartment was truly exceptional- spotlessly clean and even better than shown in the photos. The host, Chavdar, was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. His guidance on parking our rental car was particularly clear and useful. The location is excellent and very central. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

It was a lovely stay in a modern, spotless apartment right in the heart of the city.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Social. Everything was exactly as described — spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and furnished in a modern style. The location is perfect: right in the center, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail — from the fresh linens to the well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear that the hosts care about their guests’ comfort. A perfect place for both short and longer stays. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cons: The only small downside is that the balcony is quite small, but honestly, everything else was so nice that it didn’t bother me at all.

Pros: We are seasoned travellers, and I can testify that this apartment in terms of location, comfort, attention to details, amenities is one of the best if not the best that we've stayed so far. It's extremely clean as well as beautifully designed and furnished. And the best of all is its host. Chavdar was always available for any questions and advice. He sent us prior to arrival a detailed guidebook with a wealth of recommendations on places to eat and to see. The location is very central to everything you would want to see in Sofia. Thank you Chavdar. Highly recommended.

Beautiful small apartment in the center of Sofia suitable for families with kids

Pros: Beautiful apartment in an old building in the city center of Sofia. The apartment is renovated and furnished in a modern way. The location is perfect to explore the city by foot, there are various shops, restaurants and plenty of possibilities for using public transport. The apartment was clean, it was a nice gesture to have cold water in the fridge and some small snacks(my kids loved the chocolates)! The host was very responsive to messages, also very flexible with us, we stayed an hour longer in the flat and this was ok with our host. We loved every about the flat and will be back again.

Cons: The only small downside is that there is a tram passing on the street, it didn’t bother me as I woke up early to go for a run but my husband was complaining a bit about the noise:

Superb apartment in excellent location

Pros: We loved everything about this beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable apartment. We felt immediately at home, as soon as we entered the apartment. It is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The sofa was very comfortable, as was the bed and the shower was powerful with plentiful water supply. The location is excellent, very close to the Central Market Hall and within easy walking distance of all the notable sights. Our host was very helpful and communicative and access to the property was easy. There are a lot of steps up to the property, but this was not an issue for us at all and the apartment was lovely and quiet. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you to our generous host for a fabulous stay.

We loved this place!

Pros: I travel a lot and have seen all kinds of apartments and hotels, so I have a lot to compare. I always look at negative reviews when choosing a place to stay in a city. In this apartment, there were no negative reviews and all guests emphasized the cleanliness of the apartment. Therefore, I stopped my choice on this place. The flat was really very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was in this apartment. The host took care of all the little things a traveler might need. Very nice design that makes you feel at home. We really enjoyed this apartment, so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Sofia.

Cons: The windows face the street and there are trams passing under the window from early morning until late at night, so if you plan to spend all day in the apartment, you may not be comfortable listening to this noise. I would also recommend giving guests a wider choice of pillows, as not everyone will be able to sleep on the one provided. We have no other remarks about this place. This is truly one of the best places that fits the description that I have had to stay in all my years of travelling. Thank you, Chavdar!

Excellent apartment in the city center

Pros: There are two perfect places to stay in Sofia: this place and the neighboring apartment from the same host. Check-in and check-out are automated, which is highly convenient. The apartment has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All of them have brief instructions for use. The owner left coffee and sweets for a couple of days. We were amazed by the number of small but adorable details, like the bed lighting. There is a website with instructions for moving in, using the equipment and a map with places to visit and restaurants. Also, during our last visit, the apartment's owner suggested a convenient automated luggage storage service, which we use constantly. The location in the city center is simply excellent. The apartment is spotless and cozy. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay longer (but would do it with pleasure). We can't wait to visit again!
